Car towed after accident Called many times Scott said always they were going to start on the car in the morning Finally went to the shop to find out they did more damage while towing the car. and the women behind the counter response was we are covered up take your car to someone else So I did After delaying the repair weeks then they charged me storage If your car gets towed to this place take pictures and get someone else to do the work. The gentleman came and towed my car that I flipped, kind respectable young man reasonable fees... was able to get the car to my mechanic... recommend him for all further tows!!!

WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!!!!!!! I called and the person that answered was super rude. Try to get into and agreement with them about the amount they were charging cause someone hat hit my moms car and she was taken to the hospital and the car to this location on a Friday afternoon. Once she got out of the hospital she tried to pick up the car that same day and according to them office was close till Tuesday due to Labor Day. I tried to explain that to the person that answered the phone and he was like thats not my problem and it was Labor Day so nobody in America work, he also said that the money had to be cash which for a legit business that sounds sketchy I dont know about everyone but at least I had to work, and a lot of people still went to work. The point is that they need to treat people better and at least listen to their situation.

Extremely reputable Body Shop. They do work with almost every insurance carrier. They not only have secure vehicle storage they also have a large electrified fence for your vehicles protection. Along with the guard dog and numerous security cameras and staff you can trust your vehicle will be kept safe. They do excellent work and offer a great guarantee. They also have flatbed towing service available so if youre ever stranded dont forget to use them.

Bill & Ruth are customers of ours. Two of the friendliest people I know. Its always a pleasure doing business or just conversing with them. They have a great auto body business with 5 star ratings and are strong contributors to the community.

While I can’t speak to the quality of their work, I can only speak to the customer service I received. I arrived close to the end of the day and the individual that assisted me was gracious enough to write up an estimate for me. That is why I awarded them 2 stars. A little later, I called to book the service for the following Wednesday but was told I couldn’t as they only take appointments on Monday. I had arranged alternate transportation for the few days it would take for the repair but could only do so the coming Wednesday. I explained this to them but they didn’t care and I was forced to take my business elsewhere.

I had an unbelieveably great experience with these folks. I called and the manager immediately diagnosed my problem on the phone. He told me it was a simple fix and that the local Oil and Lube store could do it quick and cheap. But lube facilities wont work on VWs. So I took it to him and he made the repair in five minutes for no charge. A great guy. I will absolutely bring my autos to him for any body work in the future. Thanks.

Quality Collision repairs. I retired from this industry and have very high standards. This shop has done numerous repairs on my personal vehicles and will remain my go to shop of choice.

I was impressed with Patricks professionalism and help with our pickup truck. They repaired the chipped paint on the left rear quarter panel and it looks great.

POS desk clerk is rude and very unprofessional. Asked to see invoice before paying but she wouldn’t give it to me. So I paid without seeing it as they put a lien on my drivers license. Wish I could give them the zero stars they deserve.....Stay away from this business.

Worst shop I have ever been to. My sister totaled her car, and Florida Highway Patrol had Baker come and get it without asking. They charged her $306 the first day. After trying to surrender the title, they told her that they dont want that piece of crap. By the time she scraped the money to pay the, the charge was $360. Never go to this place, they bleed you dry of your money, costumer service isnt in their dictionary, and theyre known to start work on your car without your knowledge. Shame on FHP for sending the car there without her permission, and **** these guys for trying to suck my sister dry. STAY AWAY

I agree that this is the worst body shop you will ever find. A long time ago now I had a sizable dent in my rear left fender. When I went to pick up the car.The paint job was terrible, when I had Baker come out and take a look he said to me how about I just kick the fender and you take it somewhere else.
