This store is disgusting, its beyond dirty there is so much product laying all over the dirty floor that need to be put away,you cant even get down some of the aisles because of the extreme mess. Instead of employees working on that they are on the store phone with a personal call I guess thats more important. Cashed me out while on the phone.

This place is a hot mess. Floors are trashed. I was tripping over all sorts of things on floors all over but particularly near the plastic bin section. The employees are nice and just not enough of them. They cant keep up with unboxing stock and keeping store organized. Dollar Tree Corporate needs to get their act together

The Palmetto location on 8th Ave West is the messiest store Ive ever been in and people stand all along the outside of the building smoking. I prefer the Ellenton store, or SR 64 Bradenton store.

I had a very bad experience at that store with an employee male. He was very rude, i ask him if the line was open because the light was off and he was on the phone. Then he responded with I dont want to answer you with customers on the line and then I answered it was just question of a yes or no question sir. Then he responded he can put me out the store and refuse me services if he wanted to for no reason. I felt like it was VERY unprofessional. I was simply asking a question. Meanwhile he was on the phone he also had other costumers in line waiting.

I found everything bet vegetables. Need more vegs. Stocked. Nevertheless its stocked well.

One of the dirtiest dollar trees I have ever been in. There was even open food in boxes around the store. Every aisle looked like this.

This is the newest dollar tree in the county. It is also the most disgusting, disorganized, and dirtiest. It was the worst store I have ever been. Not just the worst dollar tree the worst store. Boxes were stacked dangerously high on carts. Every isle had boxes randomly thrown. Everything was such a mess. I felt so sorry for the cashier who was very nice. Clearly very poor management.

I procastinated and it closed as myself and another couple were walking to the door, the attendant literally closed the door in our faces.

This is one of the small Dollar Trees but they seem to (usually) have the items I normally buy. They run out of bread frequently, but even larger locations do sometimes. Like other Dollar Trees, they only keep one or two cashiers open at a time. This is obviously done to keep their operational costs down since their margins are already so low, so I can understand this and am willing to wait a bit longer to save so much.

Dawn is a very big help at this STORE ‼️ very friendly and helpful, goes above and beyond she should be the store manager

Empty after the holidays.

This place is a mess. Everything is messy and crowded. They seem to always be stocking shelves and they just leave the merchandise carts in the middle of the aisle making it very hard to get stuff from the aisle. Employees dont seem to care.

Dollar Trees are the only dollar stores with all items priced at a dollar. I see that people are happy to have one here. This is a regular shopping stop for me.

I dont know what has happened to this particular store but it was filthy dirty, things all over the floor, shelves of things completely a mess, floors that havent been mopped in ages. I have been in this store multiple times and it has NEVER looked like this. I will have to go to another location from this point on. I must say that the cashier was very friendly.

Love love love love love love love love love love love Dollar Tree and the employees there are excellent at every Dollar Tree Ive been to in both Sarasota Bradenton and Palmetto... and I would like to also add a comment to those who feel the stores are unkept... if you considered the magnitude of inventory that goes out of the store and has to be replaced... its mind-boggling that the staff is able to keep up with unloading the inventory and ringing out the customers!? so lets give a little slack to the stores being a little unkept... because I truly feel that the employees do the best they can under the circumstances and give excellent customer service considering the demands of the customers... and also keep in mind just because the store is unkept... that should not stop you from buying excellent product there for a dollar! so I just want you to know its a Blessing that we do have Dollar Tree stores!!

Always find something great but some of the employees shouldnt be working with people.

There were no shopping carts when I visited. There is no consistency to me from one time to the next. I was standing in line behind another elderly woman with quite a few items. A person that was stocking shelves, said to the person behind me, Ill get you. When I attempted to get in his line because the elderly woman was still being waited on, he turned around and walked away.

Store is a MESS.Went in this evening to pick up a few things. Guy working register was rude, no greeting, wearing ear buds, just throwing everything into bags, cleaning products mixed with food, cold food with non food items. While waiting for my payment he was throwing items at the other cashier, whether in a friendly way or not, I was not even acknowledged. Then proceeded to throw my receipt in my hand. I work in retail and that is NOT proper customer service.
