I ordered a birthday cake from Claire over the phone, she reached out to me right away, was very professional and the cake was awesome and very well created. Great costumer service.

Says it is open, car parked in the parking lot, lady inside but ignored at the drive through and all the doors are locked.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive through, not a whisper.

I have been going to this specific store about once a week and sometimes twice for the past 3 months and it keeps getting worse and worse. Several times at night nobody can make ice cream items. They say the person who makes all of it leaves at 8:00 pm, maybe a shake can be made but its hardly ever the quality it needs to be that Baskin Robbins is know for or was known for. The day shift hardly ever helps you in a timely fashion and usually the workers have their kids their in the back which I dont get. Your their to work and not baby sit.. I probably wont go back because after several months of watching this operation it has just gotten worse.. Owner and manager need to take a closer look at what is happening to this store..

They mustve been low on stock because most of there ice cream items where out.

Worst Baskin Robbins ever. Half the ice cream flavors were out of stock, including basics like chocolate and vanilla. Also the milkshake machine was broken. They originally said they were out of waffle cones but then found one - when we got it it was completely stale. Originally she said they were out of mint but then they had it in the back she would just have to go get it which clearly was not her prerogative. Is this not your job? After paying for two mints and saying they had it in the back, they only brought us one. When we asked about the other one they said they gave us the last one and declined to give us our last scoop (which we paid for) when we asked. This is literally the laziest group of people I’ve ever seen. We’ll just be charging it back on our card. Ridiculous.

Completely unorganized, poor / slow service, they were friendly but unprofessional. Appears to be just poor Management. Limited flavors. No names on ice cream. No flavors listed on driver through either.

Terrible the lights on the speaker were u get food from was off terrible service u couldnt even see the menu because they never turned the lights on Had to go through the line twice when they finally decided to take my order.. Just horrid I will never go back again

Drove up at 9pm and was told they were closed. I verified that they don’t close till 10pm but didn’t want anything bad to happen with my food so I left.

Girl didnt know how to do anything with ice cream, not even just put on toppings . No banana? Really?

Probably the single best experience I ever had at any ice cream place. Nene is exceptional at her job and I genuinely hope she gets recognized for her efforts. She made my experience a 5 star experience.

Clearly advertised Oreo sundaes and upon ordering, claimed they did not sell them. Then I asked for 2 scoops of vanilla and they claimed they didn’t have vanilla either. How the hell does an ice cream store not have vanilla?

On more than one occasion we have stopped in for ice cream and have been disappointed. HOW can you consistently be out of CHOCOLATE ice cream? If you know you always run out before your next order is due then order extra! However, when they have it in stock it is very good and the employees are friendly.

The young lady who waited on us on Friday, April 12, 2019 in Palmetto, FL truly rocked. She was professional, fun, and very business and customer service aware.

Was disappointed when I ordered a pistachio ice cream cone. It looked so great in the case with lots of pistachio nuts. Got the cone and found that it was pistachio flavored with almons only. Other than that, Dunken Donuts is always fairly neat and clean. Have been disappointed for a long time because they discontinued my favorite donut...Sugar Raised. Sort of silly because the staff said they were popular and they couldnt keep them supplied. End result is that I seldom go now.

When I want to eat donuts or ice cream I dont pay much attention about the customer service, I just want a good product. However, after giving them a chance twice, this place has horrible old ice cream and donuts, nothing is fresh.Really bad product experience.My recommendation is dont purchase anything in that store.

Horrible. Went with the entire family to eat ice cream and the employees seems they dont want to sell. They dont have waffle cones or waffle cups to serve the ice creams. Sadly we were supposed to shareonly one waffle cup for all of us. The manager stated will take him at least 15min to make any cone or cup. They did not gave us any options and you can tell they were not worry about losing around $30 on sales. Only one customer at the location at that time and employees were just standing there with not friendly faces. Definitely, stay away!!!!

Confused/concerned about my visit. I went to the drive thru for two sundaes. I was told it was too hard to serve ice cream at the window and to come in. I just wanted a hot fudge/marshmallow sundae and a strawberry sundae. I had my 1yr son in the car and its not easy taking him in and out, carrying him and the order. If thats the truth then Whats the point of a drive thru? This situation left me with a very negative view that makes me not want to support their company with my hard earned money, which keeps me from taking my son there for a special treat. What a total backwards tailspin from my expectations of this nights turnout.

Worse experience ever!! Ice cream shop with no damn ice cream!! About 90% of the menu was unavailable, no cones, lid, chocolate syrup, fudge, or ice cream to make displayed menu! This place is a joke! 2 one scoop cups and a shake ...20mins!Google, please allow negative stars !! Cause this place doesn’t deserve a star

I didnt even want to give them one star but to right this review I had to rate them something. We came in 10 minutes before close to order a single scoop of ice cream and they said they were closed. Their lazy asses couldnt wet a scooper and scoop ice cream into a cup. Such a joke.

Servers are the best. Next to the ice cream of course.

The worst service! My family has gone a few times and NEVER has any of the flavors and NEVER has waffle cones! They are a damn ice cream shop with no ice cream or waffle cones! The Ellenton store is exactly the same!!!!
