Winn Dixie Stores feel sad. Like the end is near. I hope not. Keep the employees employed. Come on Winn Dixie Management make your employees proud to work there. Step up to your competition. Flow with what you know. Live a little dangerously. Add new products. Expand the organic foods, meat and essential choices. Maybe your inventory does just fine for your customer base. Post positive news of sales. The store needs to pop. Coordinate EMPLOYEE WORK SHIFT ALLOWING STAFF [AT LEAST] 1 WEEK-END OFF A MONTH.Theres something missing. I do wish Winn Dixje well!

I love this store! Ive never had an unfriendly experience with the staff. The staff has always been helpful when weve needed something and any issues related to product is handled respectfully and quickly. Also, Mr. Howard, my usual cashier, is the best! Hes always nice and knowledgeable of sales, he explains my receipts (my pts and savings) and I appreciate him! So thank you for doing your jobs and doing them well.

I understand there are worldwide shortages but this is ridiculous. Their shelves were so bare they need 2 close the doors and turn off the lights😒

I like the store. They usually have most of the items Im looking for in stock, unlike publix.But if youre trying to get the pharmacy on the phone to ask a simple question, good luck with that.

I dont think Donna the cashier likes her job. Ive gone through her line twice in a week. She doesnt acknowledge the customer or say thank you. She is older and maybe forced to work as a cashier. She should not be out in front of the public so Winn Dixie find Donna a new position.

This is strictly a review of the covid vaccination experience. It was completely hassle-free at the the time I went. No lines. Polite and helpful staff. The actual shot was delivered with exceptional care and surprisingly little discomfort.

Ive shopped here for over 20 yrs and its sad to see the store literally falling apart. And the attitude of one of the cashiers was horrible. Snatched the item out of my husbands hand and barely communicated other than dirty looks and eye rolls. Im afraid Ill stick with Publix from now on.

This seems to be an older store. Prices vary wildly. I have to bag my own groceries at this one, and usually no help is offered taking them to the car. I am disabled and sometimes could use a hand.

Purchased t bone steaks got home opened them they smelled awful...spoiled!!

I got my car and as I was about to go in, the workers bringing carts in from outside blocked the entrance. They took their time even though ppl were also trying to leave. Pretty rude too! Store was not very clean and had an odd odor. The best part of my experience was the young lady at checkout....she was very pleasant.

Went in for covid shot! All went very well! Pharmacist gave shot and was very good at giving it as I did not feel it at all! They had me wait 15 min. to see if any reactions! Gave me CDD printout with things to look for and phone number and web site to call if reactions occur to teport! Instructions to go to hospital if you have reactions!Overall great experience!

They were helpful and very polite. This was my first time going there and will be using them for my shopping. I did mention that a grocery store in North Carolina, BiLo gave 5 cents per bag a customer brought for their items. This was a credit applied to the bill. The cashier thought that was a great idea and would save on the plastic bags used and the environment.

Only 2nd time at a Winn-Dixie. The first room was much smaller and disorganized. I was so pleasantly surprised with this location. Larger and well lit. But not so big that it was overwhelming. Found everything I was after and more. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great experience!

Covid shopping safe. Mask a must plenty of sanitizing chemicals for people and equipment. Social distancing enforced and marked in que areas. Older store shows age has narrower isles and decor. Staff made eye contact and willing to help. Low traffic+ fast cashier= quick trip faster then the green Grocery store. Great selection produce fresh and plentiful. Seemed like only 18 customers in store. I think the neighborhood is not the best but safe during day. I will go back b/c it was short and sweet. If this helps slap a like

Im giving one star because we are currently at the beginning stages of hurricane Eta and the winds have been upwards of 30 to 40 miles an hour and going and you all still require your employees to be their and drive home and risk there lives to make u money ! Its honestly sad and disgusting the indecency of this business towards its employees! I understand costumers need groceries and alcohol but they will be so understanding if you closed early due to a hurricane and the saftey of both your employees and customers!!

Store shelves were scarce, depleted and otherwise looking unsanitary. very pleased with the lady cleaning carts as she was doing a needed job and was very welcoming. Cashier was also friendly. I would say needed improvement are merchandising and cleanliness

I just love the store. I live 11 blocks from it and they let me take the cart home and bring it back the next time I go in. They know my name and everyone is nice as pie. I wish I had a picture of it.

Nice grocery store for most things...you will want to have a free store card for the deals. They have an excellent Cajun crab salad in seafood but produce can be hit and miss. Usually great sales on pork and beef but selection is not huge. Fried chicken in the deli is bland but they recently introduced hot and ready chicken wings which are excellent.

Customer service was lacking with the cashier and bagger. I had said thank you and neither one responded back by saying a word but they sure had plenty to say to each other. Wouldnt hurt to say your welcome.

I love their produce section. Have nice variety, good quality, & great prices. They have a diverse offering of products. Lots of polite & friendly employees too!

So we just moved to the area. We are big Winn Dixie fans from our previous city. Our first trip into this Winn Dixie was not good. The young ladies at the registers were not happy to be there, not happy to serve anyone, they were pretty miserable. My wife and I both came in with big smiles and we tried to crack a few jokes and smile through the whole thing but we got nothing. How are you? Okay. Thats pretty much how it went and it didnt get better. It was such a big difference than our old Winn Dixie that my wife and I felt shocked to see how different of an experience it was moving to this small town of Palmetto.But, our second time coming into this store, we were walking up and down the isles and the sweetest man stocking shelves suggested that we should get our 3 little boys to the bakery for some sweet treats for free while we shopped (we already know about this from our old Winn Dixie). And he wanted our boys to have a cookie so badly that he walked us all the way to the bakery and went in the back looking for someone to serve us, and came right out with a lady to give our boys some cookies. What a nice guy you are Mr. James. Youre going to make our shopping experience so worth it now, and most importantly youve given us hope that excellent customer service is not dead in that store! Well be seeing you about once a week! Thank you Sir!

My go to place I’m there just about every other day so I guess you can consider myself a regular. Very friendly staff, helpful and prices as well as sells are great!!! Only thing negative I have to say is when it’s busy they only have one or two lines open.

My husband and I were shopping in this store and didnt know where anything was because it was the 1st time in the store and we were having a hard time finding things. I went up to the courtesy counter and asked for help. The manager Ashley came and helped us find everything single item on our list. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Winn-Dixie is generally a good place to shop for groceries. They have decent prices and a good selection of brand name items and generic store brand items. Their deli leaves a lot to be desired, and doesnt feature the variety of quality foods that more upscale grocery stores have. That said, you can expect some pretty good chicken and wings, but not so much in the way of fresh sandwiches. Winn-Dixies rewards program cant be beat and you can expect to see significant savings compared to elsewhere.

Pharmacy stinks. Never have refill ready. Dont send when rx is out until you drive all the way there. Geez waste of time.

Its convenient and inexpensive. They also have good deals with their member card. Staff are friendly. But they have a serious problem with expiration dates. Ive found items over 6 months expired. Check items before you buy.

Disappointed today as there was 2 associates not wearing masks and 1 wearing her mask without her nose covered. Love the deals but not the lack of attention to PPE.

Wasted hundreds on the worst quality if meat. Expense cuts, every variety was rubbery and flavorless. Wont ever buy their meat again. Vegetables were small and a great disappointment. We chose to pass on all of them. I like their pharmacy people especially the foreign lady. Shes great.

This Winn-Dixie in Palmetto Florida I like. Its well staffed and very clean. While it is a small store with not as many different selections products, I alternate between going there for certain things and Publix great selection of produce.

Easy access parking lot for entering IR exiting. Store is very clean and well lighted with isle clearly marked making easy to find your item. A lot smiling employees faces in bright green uniform making it abundantly clear who worked there. Always lot of checkout lanes open with the less than 10 item lane being one than is always open. They sale lottery ticket at the service desk for easy in and out. I enjoy there large meat & seafood department with butcher ready to serve you. I have not use there battery Dept but its always busy when I am there. I lime this location.

I drive over 20 minutes and pass other groceries stores to this W-D as, in the past, I have found W-D meat to be better. On 7/16, I purchased 3 ribeye steaks that said to sell by 7/18. I drove immediately home and the steaks were stored in a SubZero refrigerator. I went to use the steaks on 7/20 and they had some greening on them. I called the store and they said they would do nothing. This is not good customer service. They have lost a customer
