To say I have been satisfied with Hearing Center of South West Florida would be an under statement. I have been completely satisfied with everyone connected with this outfit.And that starts right from the moment you enter the door to the office. It does not take long to see these people are well trained and happy to help you with your problems.First off Tonya Merriman at the front desk makes you feelvery comfortable and at ease in a new environment. You can tell she is very well trained at her job.And the recent new Doctor on the job is Doctor Shanin Goodall, Au.D. Her training is quite evident when she talks with you and it does not take long when her treatments starts you will know she is well trainedPerhaps this note has gotten out of hand, but as you can tell I have been really pleased with these people, and I would highly recommend these people for your hearing problems.And my hearing aids are fantastic!!!

Appointment time is punctual and the audiologist was quick with her exam. I have been going to this location for years now and although the staff changes, I am still received very politelyand efficiently.

Either I missed the rush, or it was a slow day, came in early due to bus schedule, and was seen almost instantly. Doc was quick but obviously very good at her job. Took 15 minutes to find out what the army failed to document. Recommend this place to anyone looking to diagnose ear issues of any kind. So glad my girlfriend made this appointment.

I have been a customer of this location for some time.Ellen and Stephan did a great job getting me fitted and keeping my sides in great working order.I am sorry to see these two individuals leave but I understand how thing change.I am here right now for a tune up and cleaning. My experience with Hearing Centers of Southwest Florida was a very pleasant one thanks, in part, to Tonya who answered all my questions with a smile. My appointments were all on time and the service I received with my hearing aid repairs was excellent!

Your Palmetto store was the second hearing aid business for me and it is a 5 star operation with Stefan Butz and Ellen.I did not keep the aids (used) as I did not see that much difference in hearing after all the resettings.I had my son return them after missing an appointment since family from Ohio,. AZ and Las Vegas were here and they were very understanding in regard to why I returned them and received the credit already on my account.
