These guys are truly amazing. I have a John Deer 5200 that was running hot. There service department was quick to fix it and had me up and running in no time. They even went above and beyond to get my tractor back. Highly recommended.

Maybe for commercial accounts? We bought black mulch, they gave us brown mulch. Our fault, I suppose. After 35min drive home, we called to let them know. I even gave them solutions on how to possibly rectify the situation - deliver the right stuff & take away the wrong stuff. Nope, we had to drive back to switch it out. Supposedly the delivery truck cost $29 just to start that truck. They then blamed the new guy even though he was told where to collect our load. The real black mulch had clearly been sitting for a long time, there was green mold growing in it, and the plastic bags were degraded from prolonged sun exposure. Then the guy starts getting arguementive when we pointed all this out. So, no sale, no repeat business, went to home depot & got what we actually paid for. Sad because we went way out of our way to buy local instead of big box. Thanks for teaching us a valuable lesson 👍
Overall amazing experience purchasing our gator from Everglades. Casey was our sales rep and provided amazing customer service. He even went out of his way to deliver our equipment on time after we have him a tight deadline. We will be coming back to purchase more equipment in the future. This was the best buying experience we have had in awhile, it’s good to see that friendly service and customer satisfaction still exist!
Broke my tractor on Saturday night got on the internet started texting back and forth Sunday morning with someone from Everglades took care of me parts ordered couldnt ask for better service minimal downtime what more could you ask for from a business didnt have to go in and prepay for it or anything they ordered me the part to pick it up its one of those things that you dont use very often but when you use it you need it referring to a tractor and when it breaks what more can I say about Everglades. We talked about what I needed to do, how to get it done, and even showed me different options on implements. He wasnt pushy nor dismissive. Really down to earth, listened, and made recommendations that helped my decision making. We shook hands and the deal was made.At delivery, Larry was very thorough in going over the controls and operation/maintenance of the tractor and implements he delivered. I couldn’t possibly be any happier with my experience today at Everglades Equipment PALMETTO. Richard Bertran, who assisted me with my purchase, was an absolute professional and pleasure to deal with. I had been on the hunt for a John Deere S130 and I had wanted to buy from an actual dealer rather than Lowe’s or Home Depot and again, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I drove 3 hours to Palmetto from Broward County and my mower was 100% ready to go and waiting for me. We loaded it into my truck and then I turned around and made the 3 hour drive back home and I’d do it again without question, for any future purchases. Richard had me out in a jiffy, he hooked me up with an extended warranty and even a cool pair of Everglades John Deere hats for my brother and I. I bought a toy tractor for my son and even all of the staff behind the parts counter were friendly and pleasant. I don’t tend to leave reviews much but Richard and the rest of the team at Palmetto were absolutely outstanding and this type of customer service absolutely deserves recognition. Purchased a John Deere 2038r and was helped by Casey. They were very fair with the pricing and walked me through everything. We dont close on our home until the middle of January so we cant do anything with financing until then. We worked out all the details so that I can just come and sign the paperwork once we close.This was our first time buying a tractor and so I had a million questions. Casey took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. Beyond that, I brought my 6 year old son with me because he loves tractors. Casey let took him for a ride on a massive tractor and my son loved it. These guys genuinely seem to care about the customer and they will definitely be getting more business from me in the future.

My review of Everglade Equipment Group in Palmetto, Fl is a solid 5 stars Plus. In my 30 plus years in Sarasota county and 7 years in Manatee county I have only found about a dozen or so companies that truly have the customer, as their primary goal in creating loyalty and friendship.Recently, as my very first time going to the Palmetto, Fl. location for service work on my generator, I was greeted by Nancy Hooks the service writer. Nancy was very helpful in assessing my requirements and promptly had me back on my way. While Nancy was away from the office, Jessica Longpre, also a service writer, was very accommodating in following up on the status of my service requirements.When it became apparent that my service work was going to be more than the anticipated time and effort, and Nancy had returned, she contacted Justin Garrett the Service Manager of Everglades Equipment and Justin made a huge commitment to address the issue and provided a very satisfactory solution.I am truly impressed by the integrity, honesty and empathy that the staff of Everglades Equipment Group demonstrated. I bought an older used John Deere riding mower eight years ago and kept it outside in the Florida rain and heat. Ive repaired it several times, and learned to appreciate the higher quality components that Deere builds even their consumer grade lawn mowers with. An example is when I replaced one of the wheel bearings that was squeaking. Deere used an actual stainless steel ball bearing race and bearings. The equivalent replacement on other brands was just a plastic sleeve-no bearings at all. It depends completely on the grease. I pretty much abused my little LT 155 to death. I was determined to buy another Deere and shopped them at the local big box stores and saw that the Deere dealerships had the same models, but also upgraded models. I also wanted to get an OEM tractor mounted sprayer as part of the purchase. (I made a home made sprayer on a little trailer that I towed behind my LT 155... I eventually wore out the hydrostatic transmission).I showed up first thing on Black Friday morning and got an upgraded model with a Kawasaki engine and Pentair Sprayer with an extended warranty with 0 percent financing for a great price. I keep my new Deere in the garage and fully expect to keep it for twenty years. I appreciate this dealership and also the one in Daytona Beach where I bought my old LT155. They both have treated me well.

We took one of our machines in to get worked on. A very courteous and professional group of people. They get you in-and-out their prices are very reasonable and my opinion. The service desk took care of all my questions and needs. They got our equipment back to us in a very timely manner so we could use it and get back to work. And we didnt have to miss a beat, because they were prompt and courteous.

The best customer experience I’ve ever had with a company/ business. I went there to purchase a new riding lawn mower/lawn tractor. After going to lowes and home depot and getting completely ignored or not helped, and questions unanswered. I went into the store at Everglades and got instantly greeted. That was a shock since it seems most stores don’t nowadays. First impressions of a business is everything. Very clean, organized, and professional business. Never pushy or trying to get me to buy something else like a more expensive model. Felt great not having someone like a cars sales person pushing for a sale. My sales associate was Casey. Answered all of my questions and went over the sales, service, and warranty they had/ offered. I felt very confident and comfortable in doing business with Everglades. I ended up purchasing a JD lawn tractor/ mower. They even were able to deliver it same day. I could definitely tell it was new new and not like one sitting outside at a home improvement big box store. Came ready to go, fully turn key ready. Took the mower out yesterday for its first time cutting the lawn. Very happy, Smooth and even cut and ride. Best riding mower I’ve ever had. The tight turning on my E140 is smooth and doesn’t bind or try to fight you like on other brands of tight turn mowers. Bought a CTL with a couple attachments from these guys and I am very happy so far. The process was smooth and Eric my salesman was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. After the sale Eric and Jesse the mechanic responded immediately 2 a minor issue I had (novice operator error) and some questions about my new equipment. They also took the time to make sure they reviewed everything again with the equipment. If I could give six stars I would.

Owning Bobcats prior to owning my first JD skid steer I must say that my 260 skid steer performs just as well as my Bobcats. However I can say that Everglades Palmetto & Sarasota trump Bobcat hands down! EVERY call I have made to both location was answered with first class customer service and my area onsite service tech has be outstanding and very professional. People can say what they want about JD products but your product is only as good as those standing behind it!

I scheduled a pickup of my X540 lawn mower for repairs and they had it for a month. They had some scheduling problems and this caused the delay. When repairs were completed they returned the mower. One early evening I tried to turn the head lights on and they wouldnt come on. The next morning I investigated and discovered that the wiring to the head lights were not connected. In addition, the wiring to the accessory harness was not connected to the battery. After 4 months the new battery they installed went bad and it was replaced under warranty.
Paul from service was great, call about my 2018 3038E tractor for service, because we broke the neutral safety switch, and ripped a hole in the hydraulic line and a man out there that day, because we use the tractor everyday. Jessie the mobile service tech had me fixed up with in 24 hours. My hat off to both of you. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MOBILE SERVICE........ We shopped all the other equipment dealers first for comparisons, service capabilities and customer support. Frustrations with them were their locations, the lack of access to the dealership on Saturdays or after 5pm weekdays and the lack of knowledge the sales people had with specific questions we needed answered. Then we went to Everglades in Palmetto and met with Casey. Hands down, their support, customer service and service capabilities are far superior to other dealers. We are very, very pleased!
Great customer service had a problem with my mower a little upset but management made it right at the end of day went the extra mile and for that I am grateful.

Our experience with Everglades Farm Equipment was amazing! With hurricane Irma effecting our area recently, we decided to purchase a generator. They received a last minute shipment and with all the craziness surrounding these situations, Everglades handled it with such professionalism. While about 50 - 75 customers waited patiently for the generators to arrive (the day before the storm) the company provided popcorn and an area for customers to wait, if they chose to. When the generators arrived, they processed each customer so efficiently and quickly, considering the customer count. They unboxed each generator, oiled and gased them then started each one to make sure the generator started. My point is to this little explanation, Everglades Farm Equipment is certainly a company I would deal with for my future needs. Thank you and all your employees for staying after normal working hours just before a major hurricane and putting your community ahead of your own personal needs. Your a tip notch company! THANK YOU! This place was an hour drive away so I called before i left and asked a guy named richard if they carried the climbing gaff straps that i needed, he told me they had them at the parts counter. So i drive there and of course the guy at parts says they dont carry them. So rather than getting off his ass and checking if they have what i need, richard instead just tells me yes and lets me waste two hours of my time and 20 bucks in gas. Thanks for nothing.
