Wanted to order from the store, but shelter in place happened and we were unable to. Reached out to the store via email, Gabby was so helpful and they were great through the whole ordering process. We love both our lamps, and appreciate all the wonderful service.

Ive ordered several things (over the phone) from Matthew and am really happy with the service as well as the quality of the products. In general, the prices arent cheap, but they have some great sales and I got four, solid wood counter stools for a steal!UPDATE: While Im still really happy with the items Ive gotten from Rejuvenation, I had to take off two stars for what I DIDNT get: the rug I ordered. I called the store several months ago during one of their Premier events to order a rug that was originally $999, but was discounted by more than 80%. (Id been looking for a rug for many months and was thrilled to find something so nice that we could afford). I placed the order for the rug - as well as a blanket - over the phone with a woman from the Palo Alto store. We chatted about what a great deal it was, and she confirmed my order verbally, as well as with a follow-up email. Several weeks later, I had the blanket, but no rug. I emailed the woman, and heard nothing for two days, so I called the store and spoke to Matthew, who looked up my order on the computer only to find a note saying customer canceled. Nope. That most definitely did not happen. Obviously, I dont know how this went down, but its definitely suspicious. Although Matthew was very polite and apologetic (there were no more rugs in stock anywhere), I never heard back from the woman via email or otherwise, and wasnt offered any discount in return for such a blatant error on their part. Disappointing, to say the least.

Have a home from the 1920s - 1960s? This is the place to visit if you need period or retro style lighting and fixtures. Rejuvenation also carries expensive one-of-kind restored home decor period pieces. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Customer online staff was unfriendly, Return policy is ridiculous to have to call for a number. I would recommend purchasing products at a more customer friendly store.
