Our refrigerator was not closing right due to the seals being old and stiff. I called GE Monogram Expert and they had our records from a service done. Scheduled an appointment with the office lady, who was very courteous, kind, and professional in her conversation with me. They called when they were going to arrive. Found the problem but parts had to be ordered. The office lady then called to confirm they had the parts and we set a new appointment date. Mike came again and installed the parts. I notice the refrigerator and freezer are both working better now. Jokingly, I said, will see you again in eight years. Great job and excellent service by a great company. Highly recommend them.

We called GE Monogram Expert on a Friday night for our Kenmore washer that stopped spinning. Williams called the next morning, diagnosed over the phone so his technician would be equipped. He had a technician out that day to repair it. It was diagnosed within minutes and the technician had a part on his truck. He also fixed the self-starting sensor which had been broken for years. The technician worked super fast and very efficiently, was extremely professional, and was done within an hour so that we could get on with our day. All this for an extremely reasonable and affordable price. Will DEFINITELY use again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

What a nice guy! I called John from GE Monogram Expert to see about fixing my aging GE front loader washing machine. He came right out and told me I was better off getting a new one, then gave me some tips for finding more reliable new models. Ill definitely keep these guys on speed dial.

I called Wright at GE Monogram Expert on a Sunday thinking he would set up an appointment for Monday. However, he said Why dont I come over right now and fix the oven? Within an hour he was over and diagnosed the problem. He even had the replacement parts in his truck so he did not have to return on Monday with the new parts!! I have used him multiple times since then and he is always professional, prompt, and honest. If he feels it may not be repairable or worth fixing he has told me. It is nice to know I have someone to depend on when I need something fixed.

Nelson at GE Monogram Expert was so conscientious. First, he fixed my ice maker. Then he tackled my washing machine which became quite a problem. He kept at the problem until it was fixed and only charged me the original price that he quoted. He explains things so that you can understand.
