The company is pretty small, so their rates were second to none and their costumer service through the whole process was superb. I am so impressed with UP2U printing and the quality of their work. I tried getting quotes from several other printers for book printing before I found UP2U. The other printers were not as responsive and said it would take several weeks to complete the job. UP2U responded right away and finished the job within a couple days. As an engineering professor at Stanford I needed 28 sets of 11x17 technical drawings for the start of the quarter. Each set was over 250 pages and had to be pulled selectively out of files found on a link. I was able to pick up the drawings within 48 hours of placing the order. We are working at a company in the UK and needed a rush print job done in San Francisco. Mimeo let us down and through a recommendation we went to UP2U. They printed what we needed within a few hours on a Friday and then arranged for UPS to deliver it to a hotel for Saturday am. However rather than leaving it at that they then maintained a watch on UPS and discovered that due to a big storm it wouldnt be delivered in time and so cancelled UPS and organised a courier and got what we needed in time. What was nice about this experience is that their costs were really good.

I wouldnt consider myself a graphic designer, but I can manipulate things to make it look like I know what Im doing--therefore Ive been assigned the task to create flyers and postcards to advertise community events and programs for my church and the student club that I advise where I teach. Over the past several years Ive been utilizing a major copy chain and the workmanship is great but very costly. I searched for a new place to have this years flyers printed out for our Annual Community Thanksgiving Feast where we feed the homeless and families who are struggling on Thanksgiving Day.I spoke to Mr. Johan and shortly after, I emailed PDF and Jpeg files to recreate advertising articles for this event. What I immediately liked about Mr. Johan was that he was attentive and very personable. I was sold--no matter what price he quoted me because I could sense that it was genuine. He advised me on what I needed to do to ensure that he could produce quality prints and gave me a superfast turnaround time. His business is Corporate Printing--which I can imagine they complete massive printing projects--and my needs were very small--but he treated it just as though he were handling a big job.
