Urban fitter.. one of coolist shop in the heart of Palo Alto. Stanford shopping center. Literally love everything from here they hold good stuffs with great quality. Love coming to shop here..

Really nice looking Urban Outfitters store. Personally I really didn’t like atmosphere because they play rap. This place lost that classy feel when malls play easy listening music.

Zero inclusive sizes in store whatsoever! Im even talking like size 10 or 12 yall smh. I walked away with a size xlarge bralette they had to take 10 mins to look up cuz couldnt find a price. Thats not even on the inclusive scale usually. Im so sorry to large women for us failing you over and over 😔

To try on the clothes, have to walk up stair. My husband and other men feel uncomfortable to wait for their wife/ girl friend at the side of bikini stuff.

Ordered 2 different pairs of denim jeans online at 30% off. First pair came in 2 weeks. They werent the pair that I ordered. Although the receipt showed the right pair. ??Decided to go into their Stanford store to return them with a copy of my original order. They gave me a credit, but I really wanted what I originally ordered, so they ordered them for me with the 30% off. Now 1 month since original order. Still waiting.

The in fashion place for teens that carries many different brand names (Champion, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, etc) aside from their own brand. A back room with sales items requires patience and arm muscle to filter through the packed racks. The store is expansive with an upstairs loft area. Prices are pricey. This has an Anthropology feel to it. Allow at least an hour to peruse through this store.

The store makes a failed attempt at setting a trend. Not even a few classic styles or any quality materials..

Heaps better than the valley fair location - much better selection!

The dressing rooms are closed. I will not shop where I cant try on clothes. They have a large dressing room area that seems it would be safe with restrictions.

Super expensive but teenagers love it here

Very expensive. I like some of their clothes, but most are not designed to last very long and also cost too much money to justify what they are. I do enjoy the non-clothing section of the store though.

Friendly staff, I only browsed for a few min before I quickly found what I was looking for. It’s one of my favorite places to shop.

I love the store and they have great options for clothes, books, and all sorts of random fun stuff. Downside: the check-out line is always super slow and sometimes I end up leaving without buying what I wouldve liked to. Same with the dressing room lines.

This store is really great, with a variety of cute clothes. They also have amazing deals at times. Recommend this location!

I love Urban Outfitters and their clothes but they are a dirty business! They lost my package and when I went to re order it, they didn’t allow me to use the original 30% off coupon and didn’t refund me for the $5 off coupon I used after getting enough points. I had to pay about $20 extra because of their mistake. My package will arrive about a month after the original delivery date.

Urbans prices have always been on the higher side but they do have good sales. I happened to go when they were taking an additional 30% off sale items and got a really good deal. I will say the service is poor. The employees are a bunch of hipster teenagers too busy with their own conversations to help anyone. Especially around closing time.

Great shop with lots of different productsThree were lots to choose from for both female and male.Usually the staff is friendly and tries to help if you cannot find the thing you wanted or alternatively assists with locating a site that does.It is however seldom that they have lots of versions of the individual products

This store is a chain and they caters to the younger crowd. They carry trendy merchandises such as vinyl records, shot glasses, drinking games and white sneakers. They also carry clothing, housewares, bedding and a limited supply of furniture.

Jesus Christ this is pricey. But really friendly store workers.

Urban Outfitters is well-known for their clothes, quirky housewares, trendy shoes, and for stealing products from artisans. I would not buy from the company, but occasionally I visit while at the shopping center. Their products are almost exclusively overpriced, and the quality really carries. Most of the clothing is very trendy, and the clearance racks are always filled to the ceiling with cheap polyester clothes. One pair of very plain sweatpants was almost $50.00 on clearance, and they definitely were not name brand. Support artists and small businesses rather than supporting a company that blatantly steals designs.

Cool and cute clothes for teens and young adults. Good selection of make-up and cosmetics. Fun knick knacks and items from the 80s.

Big open space with lots of fun doodads to entertain you. Quirky and interesting items abound, as well of plenty cool clothes to keep you trendy.

Sales associate Kimmy was an immense help with my Christmas shopping. Couldnt ask for a better helper!

I was here shopping with my daughter. Im certainly not their target market but Im not sure my twelve year old should be. Glad the clothing she true wasnt her taste eather. Maybe someday but not now.

They have a unique shoe selection and good clearance.

A place loved by tweens and teens.

Rude Service.The 2 stars are based solely on bad service. Not just Neglectful, outright rude. No excuse for that. I think they are unsure of the concept of customer service and that ultimately that is why staff works there. I think Ill shop online if I need something.

Love the variety as its not only clothes but books, skincare, etc. Found a good Christmas present for a reasonable price. Store may not be the biggest for some, but this didnt limit the selection.
