Couldnt be more pleased with using Copy Factory. First, Kimberly was able to help with a quick turn on a Valentine bookmark for my sons classmates. Second, she made a great suggestion that modified the outcome in such a lovely way. I know Ill be taking advantage of Copy Factorys expertise again in the near future!

My go to copy source. Every single time it is perfect. They deliver to campus. They print lots of things. They do simple bindings. Way, way better than that other place. I hope they stay in business forever. This place looks like the sort of place that made Palo Alto great.

I have been using Fedex, UPS and Office Depot from printing services and tried Copy Factory today. Their customer service is outstanding with quick and friendly service. Ill be using Copy Factory from now on -- its a breath of fresh air compared to the other chain stores.

UPDATE: One year on, and Im still using Copy Factory exclusively for my printing needs. Check them out.--An online quote from their website quoted me at less than half the price I paid at FedEx for the same job, so I paid a visit to make sure that was accurate.It was. 90 double-sided brochures, color printing, for less than half of what I paid FedEx on Cal Ave.Todd was extremely kind and helpful, printed a proof on the spot, and even took a minute to help me fully understand their website so I can send in online orders in the future. I will definitely be back.
