Total junk. The mirror is an unfinished product riddled with bugs with zero quality control. If you have issues from day one you essentially have a 1500 mirror. Nothing more.Customer service is awful and their approach appears to be single instance updates rather than trying to make the product better.Avoid this company and their products at all costs.

I made a purchase of the Mirror on November 29. The Mirror was supposed to be delivered at my home on December 4th.Ive tried to reach them by phone, chat and email and got zero response so far, except automated messages telling me that i will be contacted within one to two business days. We are December 11th and of course nothing has happened.The lack of communication is not acceptable.Ive increased the rating to 2 stars because ive got finally contacted after this post and had the product delivered, but still it was a very unpleasant experience.

It has quality issue of hardware and software.Mine has camera issue and connection issue which seems not be corrected. I contacted the customer service but they just extend the my trial period without going through solving the problem.
