I wish I could put no stars for this place. Going to call corporate on the manager and staff. I walked in wanting to return some Ray bans that my fiancé purchased 2 days ago. They immediately grabbed the glasses, walked away with them and started cleaning them for no apparent reason??? They claim they cannot return for a full refund because of minor scratches. There were absolutely no scratches. This place needs to be shut down because of all the bad reviews here or management needs to be replaced. I have worked retail in the past so I know how things work in this industry. I talked to another manager from sunglass hut and they said they were probably not trying to take a loss in sales and that is why they did not return them. Gratefully Sunglass hut in San Ramon will gladly issue a full refund. Stanford Sunglass hut needs to be reevaluated ASAP!
Staff is very lazy and not very helpful. Its so annoying going into a store while the staff is just having personal conversations. Ill go elsewhere. Just an update all glasses here that are way overpriced are listed online at a place that can have them in 2 days and they are literally half the cost. I got the same pair on Amazon for half the price
Bought a pair of Valentino sunglasses and two days later they broke. They refuse a full refund or exchange. Don’t ever buy from sunglass but
Worst experience ever, reckless salesman. I bought a Porsche ray ban sunglass, one arm got disassembled after a few days of use, but they refuse to return, even repair it. Manager Rebeca, behave rude and talks arrogant.
Had a fantastic experience here. Got a great deal -- they ran a $75 off on purchases over $300 promotion -- and received excellent customer service on an exchange. Ask for Leo, hes super helpful!
Very helpful, no pressure staff. The place was very busy when visited but it didnt prevent the staff from giving us attention. There are plenty of choices but The main focus was Ray Bans. We left with two pairs and a 20% discount on the second pair.
I just purchased a pair of sunglasses here today. After charging me for the glasses they refused to let me select a case. I even offered to pay extra for one. The Millennial clerks were condescending to me and agreed that I should go buy one on Amazon. I will. And I will buy my glasses on line from now on too.
