This is by far one of my favorite places! The couple that owns this restaurant is so sweet. They remember my name, my husbands name, and our food preferences. Their staff have clearly been trained and are very sweet and knowledgeable. A+ customer service! The food is great and reasonably priced. Everything Ive had is delicious. If you want real food thats wholesome, minimally processed, and makes you feel good, you should definitely stop by and order a smoothie, smoothie bowl, or panini. Go check them out!!

Would’ve liked if they would have mentioned the rewards program before anything. The fact that they don’t put the customer first says something. I wasn’t able to record my purchase so it feels like money wasted.Other than that it was delicious. Wish it had more toppings quantity. Everything is very thin and on the top layer.

I had to wait over 20 minutes for my one bowl, and received no explanation or apology ..just a lot of attitude. I was made to feel like it was my fault the order took so long because I ordered spirulina in my bowl. Its fine if thats the case, but the girls working the morning of Feb 6th were very rude about it. I get it, they probably hate their job, but its just off-putting.

I have to say that I am extremely happy with recent changes this branch been through, I used to go there every once in a while for a quick energy boost in between my meetings, the place was nice but service could be slow at times, a few days ago I happened to pass by and noticed new management took over, the place seem to have a very chill and pleasant vibe.David the new manager is super friendly and a hard working young guy, everything moving fast and the branch looks like it got a new spirit.Super impressed!!!

I stopped by for a post-workout smoothie - “The Hulk” - and while it was quite delicious, I don’t think it’s worth $9+The store was empty when I walked in, and I had to wait a little bit for someone to come out & greet me, from the kitchen area in the back. She wasn’t particularly friendly or helpful, but wasn’t ‘rude’ either.. just uninterested. The place looked nice and clean.Everything on the menu seemed pretty overpriced. I may still go back one more time just because I want to try one of their açaí bowls, but I’m certainly not gonna be a regular customer.

Really good juices and smoothies. I usually get them to go as the place itself is not really inviting. The air con is too high, sometimes the music is too loud too and the type of music you want to hear on a nightclub, not a juice place. Cleaner bathroom please. You must be using the same floor mop to clean the mirror which is quite dirty! Bathroom floor is also not cleaned well. This is a food place and I could not bring myself to drink the delicious smoothie after using your bathroom. This store is located to the so called affluent section in the Bay Area but the bathroom has a third world country restroom. If you could find a way to have the orders ready without long wait, that will be great.

There arent many fast food-style places that serve healthy-feeling food, but this is one of them. Fast here means I receive one of the bowls 10-15 minutes after ordering--you can call ahead if youre in a rush. Prices seemed a bit high at first, and yet I still find myself coming back. Works well for take out. My only complaint is I wish they were open later, especially on weekends.

Wont be returningI went to this location a few years ago and remember being really disappointed. I cant remember why, but I knew I didnt like it. A few weeks ago hubbs and I went to the farmers market and didnt have breakfast, so we thought wed stop in and check it out again. They said they had just remodeled (looked the exact same to me) so I felt like Id give them another chance. Once again I was totally disappointed. Very expensive, even compared to Bare Bowls, and it just didnt taste that good. There were big frozen chunks in the middle of our bowl. The thing that topped it over to being really unsatisfying for me was the granola. I should have asked what kind of gluten free granola they use, but instead I just asked for gluten free instead (and I think they charge extra for it). What we got was a hopefully healthy smoothie bowl topped with sugary generic Trader Joes cereal! Yep, it was topped with panda puffs, corn flakes and puffed rice. It was so sugary and disgusting. I should have asked them to make one without granola. My husband ate it and I ate around it and tried to avoid it. What a joke, cereal instead of granola!!!! I mean, theres a health food store down the street and they can find some locally made, organic GF granola to feature in their store. Support a local business as a local business and cross promote each other. I cant believe we paid $18 for a bowl of cereal with some fruit under it. I will not be returning and Ill take my business back to Bare Bowls or just make one at home.

It is good but way too expensive! And that is the reason for not getting more stars. Last time they forgot one order, not cool when you have four kids and one of them doesnt get his order and after waiting 10 minutes furthermore after everyone was served and you ask them and they forgot the order. It only happened once thats why they get three stars.

Their product is pretty amazing, but that place is not necessarily up to the standards of business that is striving to succeed. Like any other açaí bowl, they probably will be closing soon. They have random hours and when they are open they close down for staff breaks (there is such a thing as taking alternating breaks so you don’t have to shut down). My advise, go somewhere else!

Just opened mid July 2015! It is an acai bowl spot! One of the few in the area! They have a large selection of acai bowls, a selection of different smoothies, some panini sandwiches if you want something more filling, and even grilled cheese for the kids!If youre going there for the acai bowls for breakfast, the 20 oz should be enough for a single person. If you want to share i would recommend going for the larger size. You can add extras of any fruit for an additional cost or even replace any of the toppings with anything you wantWe had vitality bowl and the power bowl (which has broccoli!) Both were very good! The acai bowls are served in metal bowls which is pretty neat and sustainable if you eat in. If you take it to go it will be served in a paper bowl. They were a bit pricey Ill admit $9-$13 depending on size and choice, but i guess it makes sense for Palo Alto where things are a bit pricey. You can definitely get a cheaper bowl at a place like Nekter where they charge about a couple dollars less.Seating is a bit limited i think about 20 people can sit in the place, which makes sense because people are just in and out anyway. You may have to group tables for groups larger than 4But overall i enjoyed the bowl and the spot is a decent place to catchup with a few friends!Id come back to the place if Im in the area and craving an acai bowl!
