As the name suggests, Artsy Oriental Rugs carries beautiful rugs that are true works of art.On our first visit to the store, Servet Abi greeted us and showed us a beautiful assortment of rugs in the styles and sizes we had in mind. From there, he arranged to have a really nice assortment of 8 x 10 and wide/long runners brought to our home so we could decide if any would work perfectly for us.We were not only impressed with the variety of rugs, but how helpful, friendly, and patient everyone was.Servet has been super responsive and accommodating in providing us with beautiful rugs within our budget.For anyone looking for rugs that stand out and exceptional service, I highly recommend a visit to Artsy Rugs.

Highly recommend to stop in!! Have been looking for rugs and found exactly what I wanted at Artsy in downtown Palo Alto. I hadn’t planned on shopping for rugs that day and was always slightly intimidated by the shop, or any Persian rug shop for that matter. I couldn’t resist one of the patterns on a rug folded near the door that caught my eye as I walked by. I took a chance, walked in, and Servet and his colleagues started laying out the rug and rugs in similar design and color. They expertly knew where to quickly find in their stock what I wanted to see and explained the tribes who make the rugs and the symbolism on the rugs. I narrowed their beautiful selection down to three rugs that are absolutely stunning. Servet worked with me on price, even on the rug pads custom cut for each rug size. I believe I spent as much for three as I would for one and a half rugs and he offered lifetime support for cleaning, etc. for my investment pieces. Thank you Servet and Artsy!

The most elegant rugs you can find in California. This store is like an art gallery! I passed by it so many times, but never really considered buying a rug. Since I’ve been staying at home for the last 5 months (just like everyone else) I really wanted to redecorate my place. I am so glad that I decided to look at the amazing pieces that Artsy Rugs has to offer. Immediately, I was helped with one of their lovely staff members and they were able to show me EXACTLY what I was looking for. I am no designer, but my place looks so beautiful and modern now😍 I got exactly what I was looking for. If you think that rugs are only for elder people, you are very wrong. I was pleasantly surprised, hopefully this will be helpful for some else as well.

We absolutely loved the rug and the owner and his employees were very helpful.We live in Monterey and I saw this rug on line and called the owner Servet Abi . I was highly impressed with the service I received from start to finish when I brought a small oriental rug to be cleaned and refurbished by Artsy Rugs. They cleaned it a second time without extra charge even though it was the fault of going way too long without cleaning. I had expected to pick it up, but they delivered it to me at my senior residence. It looks great!

Artsy Rugs in Palo Alto is a beautiful rug gallery with a very relaxed atmosphere. It offers a wide selection of rugs in a clean and comfortable space. Servet Abi, the owner, was very patient in helping me select the right rug for my living room. He explained to me the different characteristics of the many rugs he has in his store. He immediately understood what I was looking for and showed me several beautiful and unique rugs that met my taste and needs. I had to visit the showroom several times before making a decision. Every time I visited him, he warmly welcomed me and suggested to take a few rugs to my house in San Francisco, as the best way to understand how a rug would complement my room. In the end, I found exactly the rug I had been looking for a very long time. Artsy rugs also gave me a pad to install under my new rug. I am glad that I found this rug store. It will definitely be my first stop if I need to buy another rug in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at the Artsy store in Palo Alto. Working with Abi was a pleasure. He’s straight-talking and unpretentious, and he very quickly sensed what colors and styles of rug would appeal to me, never losing patience with my questions or uncertainties. He has a good eye and makes great choices for what will suit a particular room.The store may look small but their selection is excellent. And every rug has a label on it that shows its price; in another rug store I’d been to, that was not the case and it felt a bit shady. I got a great deal at Artsy and I found the experience to be not only painless but pleasant—and Im enjoying my “art on the floor.” I only wish I’d discovered Artsy sooner.

My experience purchasing a rug from Artsy was wonderful. I gave Abi very specific parameters for the rug I desired regarding overall dimension, pattern and individual symbol sizes. It took a bit of time for him to find the right one for me- but it was well worth the wait because it’s absolutely perfect for me.

My experience with at Arsty rugs was great! After looking in New York and several places in San Francisco, I found that they were the most knowledgeable, customer friendly and patient as we made our choice. Weve been to many stores to look at rugs, but when we came to Artsy rugs in Palo Alto, we were able to choose not only one, but 2 great rugs for our house. Abi was great to work with, never to push, but always to suggest and recommend. He helped us to choose 2 rugs and even recommended to wait a bit so he can get a new shipment with many more choices. Also, we got a great service of Abi delivering a selection of rugs to us so we could choose the ones that fit our house the best!Buying a rug from Abi at Artsy rugs was really a great experience!
