Great experience for buying a bike that I couldnt test drive due to being out of state but when it came out was everything he promised out would be & then some shout out to Paul for making it a great experience.

Great experience, bought the 2013 Road glide with the 180 front tire, with mix chrome and black our motor. Love the damn thing. Great experience, worked with their lender to get me on two wheels quick. One hiccup with a handle bar set up but it was remedied quick. Thanks to Paul, Mike and crew AAA

Since my only issue with them was concerning my deposit and Mike and I have come to an agreement I have changed my review to 4 stars. Mike and Paul, I appreciate your professionalism and your working with me to resolve this issue. Bike Max did a Awesome Job for me on a custom change on my bike just in the past week & I couldnt be happier with the results. Paul & Mike from BikeMax are just a Awesome pair of guys to deal with when it comes to Buying a bike or simply repairing any necessary repairs needed on a bike. I myself am a very difficult customer to deal with, I want things done & I want things done right away to my expectations. Bought a bike November of 2017 stared having problems right away front wheel bearing /s went bad first day also kick stand was garbage, loose slip on, clutch cable in bad shape then stared to see a oil leak on garage floor!Took bike back next day was told could not return it.Guy fixed my wheel and other things except oil leakTook it home check oil filter and it was loose dude had told me they had change all 3 fluids!!?Memorial day weekend 2018 not even 500 mls lateran hr away from home bearing goes bad!!!!got a trailer to bring it home!!!Also drain the fluids and motor oil was so dark and thin the oil pan had like sand from oil, the trans and motor don’t feel all the great I REGRET buying this bike from this place!Front brake was acting up when bearing went bad had wife with me, don’t know how they considered that this garbage it’s safe for people to ride out on the road!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time and money!!!!

This place is the best. Hands down. Ive been to all the dealerships in a 300 mile radius. Besides that Road Track and Trail place in Big Bend, Wisonsin this place takes the cake.The guys are non-eletist, down to earth, reasonably priced, top-shelf guys. Ive been riding for 11 years now and when I walk into a place salesmen and mechanics treat me like Im a 5 year old thats never seen a bike. Not these guys. They let you look around, answer questions and price their bikes like champs. I ride Harleys and Kawasakis but these guys deal almost exclusively in Harleys and they do it well. At least roll by and check out their merchandise, you wont be sorry.
