Never can find the books I need, and no one is ever around to help. The one time I found someone, they couldnt find my textbooks either

I’ve literally been attempting to get in contact with the bookstore for a few days and I’ve called over 15 times and each time I’ve called they pick up the phone just to hang it up like I can hear that they pick it and put it back down on the receiver. They say they’re helping us during these times but all they’ve done is stress me out even more.

The Moraine valley bookstore is well organized and compact. There are also staff that can help you to find the reading material you require for a particular class. Books are expensive, but rentals are also offered for most books.

Love my school and there store but there school book price are really high. So unfortunately I buy my books on Amazon. I try price matching but they didnt let me, for that reason I could not support the book store

Great community college. I go there and i love it. Great professors and a lot of support and services for the students.

I was having a good experience so far from the bookstore for the first week of classes, had no issues the first time I needed to bring back a book within five days that was not needed for a class but unfortunately the second time I came back to return a book that was not needed, the lady that was ringing me out made me feel like I was in an interrogation and didnt believe the reason why I was bringing it back and she literally made me pull up the email in my phone from the teacher saying we dont need the book and that we can use the etext book as a cheaper alternative. I have anxiety as it is and her attitude was completely unnecessary. I dont get how the first book was no problem at all but then I get someone else and feel like a criminal. Better training is needed for some of your employees especially if we are given 5 days from the start of classes to return it.

Plenty of floor help if you have questions. Tshirts, jackets, etc with School logo . Sales staff was extremely helpful from aisles to cashiers.

Its a nice place. Staff is very helpful to the students in finding what they need and what books they need. The lines can get long do get your books early or a little later so you arnt in a huge two hour long line.

They have police department on the campus ground, very clean and Organize,the people are Friendly And helpful if have question

The bookstore employees were very helpful and knowledgable. My visit was quick and the place was clean.

The people helping get books were nice but I had to pull their leg to help me. Im in a wheelchair and the space is way too small between isles. The cashiers are super rude.

Staff is extremely helpful and willing to assist. Everything is organzed, neat, and easy to access. You can always expect to be greeted with the help of staff!!! So sad this is my last semester at MVCC, I hope the university I attend next will have just as great of a bookstore as MVCC.

Great school for high schoolers who previously graduated from high school

Easy to shop for books as well as other unique items.

The store has a nice variety and lay out but some of the prices on books are a bit high
