I visited the Palos hills store today for a long overdue upgrade and had an excellant experience. The young lady who helped me, Shyane, was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products. She was very friendly and dealt with everyone in the store in a professional and welcoming way. She made it a really pleasant experience and even though its a little out of my neighborhood, i will definitely make this my metro pcs store of choice. Thank you for all your help.
