AMAZING service!!! En route from NM to IL, I lost a tie rod end in my dually on I-40 late in the evening. After my insurance company provided no assistance at all, I called Douthit to tow me to Pampa. The driver was extremely courteous and accommodating. He even went out of his way to drop me off and pick me up from the hotel in the morning at no extra charge. Tow rates were the least expensive of anybody I called. 100% recommend this company.

Awesome place. Found 2 Ironman tires for my 94 keep Grand Cherokee for 100 dollars with brand new tread. Plus they were very nice over there

We are full time RVers who had our F-350 break down 12 miles from Pampa. Local Ford dealership referred Bob Douthit Auto. to us and we are greatful they did. Solomon came up with his F-350 and got our F/W and the flatbed got the truck Took us to campground and helped us setup RV. Since Truck parts were going to be close to a week to get he helped us with transportation while parts were coming . Thanks Solomon you have definitely been a God Send.

We were stranded on the side of I-40 with a 1-ton dually and 35-foot camper. Bob safely transported our rig and us to a nearby campground before delivering our truck to the dealership on our behalf. Highly recommend these guys if you ever find yourself in a bind. They were lifesavers.

This Gentleman came out to tow my car in Borger to Hops. Late in the evening, quick service. Hops as well !Im still looking for a Truck.

Lobby & shop is messy and disorganized and vehicle towing is way overpriced but ther is a restroom, coffee, popcorn with a friendly staff plus a courtesy pickup & dropoff

Casey, or KC... not sure... saved me!! Broke down on I40. My toy hauler leaf springs broke and they came and hauled me to their shop and replaced the springs. Got me back in the road on a Saturday. I highly recommend these guys!!

Great bunch of people. I had a blowout on my trailer so I called them for road service. They told me they were way behind but if I could limp in to their shop they would get to it. I limped in and they got right on it. Great service!

I had a flat at a grocery store, called Douthits, with in an hour, flat was changed, Iwent to their shop, flat repaired . The repairman was very nice & respectfull. Thank You Douthits, Texas Proud !!!
