Its not as cheap as other places especially as the market gets bigger and cheaper. The staff and service were both top-notch.

Great looking quality furniture. Excellent sales staff, management and owners. I bought a beautiful queen size antique mahogany sleigh bed with an Emperor mattress set that I LOVE! I found similar beds and identical mattresses for as much as $4,000 elswhere. I paid less than $900 here! Stop in, even if you are just window shopping. Its worth looking at!

My Husband and I drove to Pampa on the recommendation of family members. We spent several hours there working with Heather and found some furniture that I liked. I specifically asked if they had the furniture in the warehouse or would it have to be ordered as I did not want the floor model. We had an entire conversation about floor model furniture. While we went to lunch, Heather said she called the warehouse and they had the furniture in the warehouse. The furniture could be delivered this week. Great!!! I was excited. I expected to have to wait on an order for several. While we were looking around the showroom in those several hours, we visited with the owners father. He was a very gracious and charming gentleman. Heather asked him about delivery charge 49 miles away to Clarendon for other customers It was 49.95. Justin’s father also said they would remove our old furniture. When we got ready to cash out, our delivery charge was 150.00. We are 65 miles away. Heather said it was because her delivery guys always take so much longer in Amarillo, run errands and get something to eat. I thought that was odd but at that point I was ready to leaveDelivery day. The delivery guys show up and they were super nice and on time. Bring in the furniture and I noticed it wasn’t wrapped like new furniture that comes out of a warehouse. So I ask and was told that it came off of the floor. I called Heather and asked to speak to the owner. Heather said she would call him and return call. While I am waiting, I look up who else sells Mayo furniture. I call Borger, Dumas and Plainview. I price out the furniture and delivery charge The prices all run about the same. Plainview is 200 more. Borger is the same price but they have to order and can deliver in 2 weeks. Dumas was about 150 more.Spoke with Heather, and told her my displeasure at being lied to. Justin declines to return call as he is out huntingHeather’s solution to my displeasure. She “said” she talked to Justin and they just moved that furniture to the floor a couple of days before we were there and then marked it as sold. When I asked her about her calling the warehouse and confirming they had it in the warehouse. She didn’t have an answer. She said. Will we put a sold sign on the furniture after you bought it. I said. I didn’t want showroom floor furniture. I told her I could buy it elsewhere. Her response was they could just pick it up and I could buy it elsewhere If they lost a sale. They lose a sale.I never received an apology. I was never asked. What can we do to make this right. How can we work this out. When I asked about the difference in delivery fee. She said her drivers, when they come to Amarillo they have to get gas and they stop and get lunch and it takes them forever to get back to Pampa. That was the rationalizing for charging me 100$ more for 20 more miles ???? I found that to be an odd answerSo very disappointed. What I would have liked to see: An apology. A place to vent without having the salesperson argue with me and try to cover her blatant lie I don’t think I would have said. “If we lose a sale. We lose it.” That’s very disrespectful to customers.Their prices are not any better than the furniture store in Borger. And it’s worth the couple of hundred more you would spend in Dumas and Plainview to NOT Be treated this wayIn the end I’m keeping the furniture because it’s sitting in my living room and I got rid of my other furniture yesterday.I will be telling every single person I come in contact with about the poor customer service in Pampa.
