My experience with ordering a new truck has been a long ordeal. It’s no fault of Country Chevrolet or especially Harold Bentley my salesman. I feel fortunate to have been able to get one at all. The auto industry is backed way up and 3/4 ton trucks are hard to come by at least the ones in my price range. Harold and Alex have been totally honest and transparent about every detail of progress or set back. I will recommend them to anyone. I’ve been buying cars from Harold for 30 years. I love him dearly and always enjoy seeing him. One bit of advice I’ll leave is don’t sell what you’re driving until the new one comes in.

For the most part very pleased - easy to work with. They did right by me with my trade in. They did fix very minor things that I asked prior to signing. Ended up with a car I didnt think of ever owning, and love it! Fast payoff on my trade. GREAT INTEREST RATE for new loan.My only con. Wanted remote start and was quoted during signing. Less than a week later I called to get it done and cost then doubled for both Toyota and aftermarket parts. One small piece on the bumper missing. I paid for it, ordered and asked if they would paint it. 3 inches all around... I was told yes. Still waiting to get a response.Ill work these little issues out on my own, but bummed it wasnt a completed process.This was my 2nd time buying from this company and I would do it again because of the overall experience. The little stuff is just that...

If there was a half star rating I would give a solid 4 and a half stars. I saw a vehicle at the Amarillo dealer, They brought it straight over the day I told them I wanted to see it. Saw a couple of dents that I hadnt noticed on the website and got it fixed shortly after purchase. All of the departments I had to deal with, (sales,Tires, Collision) were super helpful and friendly. No complaints with the car I purchased or the process of buying it. Very clean facilities and waiting areas. I would definitely purchase another vehicle here if they have what I am looking for.

John Sanchez at Country II was the salesman who helped me when I bought my car. I highly recommend him. He was extremely friendly, professional, not pushy at all, and he made for a relaxed and informed environment that gave me the time and space I needed to consider all the components of a big purchase. John went above and beyond in several different ways to help me; furthermore, he asked lots of questions to really find out what I needed and wanted, and he had a superb memory for seemingly little details that were significant to me. I appreciated his calm demeanor and the freedom he gave me to think through and decide at my own pace without pressure.

A little frustrated with the company purchased a vehicle from them and two months later the transfer case went out. I called them and they where going to charge me 160$ to just tell me the issue with the car, and there was nothing they could do to help me. So still making payments and also have to put more then 2000$ in work on the transfer case I asked to see if any of the parts were under warranty and got no reply. Just frustrating!

Worked with us did all they could to help my son get approved for a car being a first time buyer with no credit They did as as much as possible to help and if they didn’t find it on the lot they went looking for it.And one thing I personally appreciate is the fact that we weren’t followed, pressured or felt stalked at all. We dealt with Slater Johnson and when we told him a price that we wanted he didn’t try to up sale us or talk us into something more. Also they sale a warranty that is extremely cheap on my sons car for under $30 (varies per car) that covers so much I am looking into getting it on my car. And I didn’t buy it there! We will definitely be bringing our business here when we need another car.
