The customer means nothing. The isles are littered with promises of sales and discounts that are only available if you divulge your personal info. Hard to see product through yellow stickers saying what you can save if you jump through the hoops like a trained seal. Try looking at life through something other than $$ goggles some time. See how you look. Generally the highest prices in town. Funny how there are hardly any customers when I go in, periodically, since the building was built. If you tend to prefer a smile and friendly service this is no place to be. The golden child of customer service is dead and gone.
They are very kind, courteous and friendly
I have been using a CVS near Lake Texoma. I was recently in the store at Pampa to see when my RX could be refilled. The refill was about a week away, and I would be back at Lake Texoma. When I went to the CVS at Denison, it could not be refilled because the Pampa store had transferred the RX to their store and it could not be changed back. Now I’ll have to call the doctor and get a new RX. This is a major inconvenience. Once I get this straightened out, I will never darken the door of a CVS Pharmacy again. A one is way over rated but I couldn’t give the big zero that they deserved.
Great experience
Like many others I think its very unfair that the staff has to work on Holidays. Family time is very important. However, I did not choose to have need to have a prescription filled on this day. Now, Im sure that the pharmacy staff were not happy to be there either but projecting that upon the customer is very unprofessional. In fact I have found that the pharmacy staff this not including the store in which I have found pleasant and accommodating, have made a slide down hill that may only recover with a change in personnel.
They gave my 1 year old son Ear drops with Eye drop instructions. If we hadnt read the package insert, this situation could have been very bad. They showed no remorse and even rolled their eyes when brought to their attention.
My sweet, lady, pharmacist is the sweetest, and treats her patients as individuals, and with compassion. She is a breath of fresh air for Pampa. 😍🤗
The staff and pharmacists there are friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy shopping there and getting my medicine there. The store manager, I believe her name is Daisy Jane, is nice. The bald guys in the pharmacy make me laugh every time I go in there. MEOW!
Pharmacy doesnt take blue Cross blue shield which is the 3rd largest health insurance provider in the state. Also if you do get a perscription called in you have to go in there to get them to start working on filling them, do not count on them filling it when your Dr calls it in, and expect a lame excuse. I watched my Dr call in a script at 10am went in at noon and they claimed they only received it minutes before I walked in. in.A if you need to transfer a perscritption make sure you call the pharmacy to make sure they transfer it. Terrible pharmacy, go literally anywhere else. United is good.
I dropped off my prescription and went back the next day to pick up and they lost my prescription. She needed the number to my dentist and said she would call me back. I asked her if I could wait and she said if she can take care of the person behind me. In my opinion that is very unprofessional.
Great pharmacy they didnt back away from Medicaid patients like those weasels Walmart did.
Some expensive prices for SD cards and flash drives you can get for half the price at Walmart.Good selection of specialty batteries. A good place that if you cant find something small you need at Walmart it should be here.
Poor customer service skills and a huge lack of kindness. My wife and I just moved from Amarillo and where with Walgreens ( a GREAT place) so we thought we would give cvs a try since there is no Walgreens in Pampa. The staff is very rude and always ignores us when we drive up. Not sure what it’s like inside but probably no different. When the staff talks with you they really have a tone of “I really don’t care, I’m only here for a paycheck” kind of voice (how did these people get hired?). No smiles or have a good day. They just slam the drawer and send you on your way. We will NEVER use cvs again. And this Pampa store needs a WHOLE new staff. So so disappointing and sad.
If I could give -0 I would. This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever had as a pharmacy. Literally been almost 24 hrs and they still haven’t filled my daughters prescription. My Dr called in a prescription in and we go to get it 2 hrs later and they tell us the are understaffed and are 2 hrs behind. We call 3 hrs later and not ready. My daughter is having a bad eczema breakout and was prescribed steroids to help and here we are the next day to go at noon. Not 9 not 10 but noon the next day to find out it is still not ready. I will never use CVS ever again for anything and I’ll make sure all my family moves from there as well. Staff were rude and when I ask for a supervisor. There are none available. Idk how or who runs that pharmacy but they must be idiots. So now I have to switch pharmacies and have to go to work. So I guess I’ll have to wait another day till I can go get the medicine. Thanks CVS. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!!!!!
Waited 30 mins in line then another 15-20 mins trying to get the prescription very poor service super slow and not even that knowledgeable. I am very disappointed in the visit here and I will not be going back
The pharmacy is not helpful. You walk up, they see you and say nothing, continue with their work until someone tells them to help the customer. I have been there once a month for the past year and will not be back. Had all my prescriptions moved to a different pharmacy. You can tell the pharmacy staff does not want to be there or help anyone. Submitted my prescription to renew, went a few hours later and they said it would still be 30 mins. I explained I live 20 mins away, my prescription is already pre- packaged and in the fridge all she had to do was walk over and get it, I saw my paperwork had already been printed out. She was rude and still said 30 mins and closed the window.
Excellent Staff & Customer Care!
Staff not only lacks customer service skills the woman with the blue hair and no name tag is flat out rude. Is rather go to WAL-MART.
This place acts like its an inconvenience when you come get prescriptions. Both walk in and drive up. Only reason I go here is because my insurance makes me. Happens 90% of the time I come here.
Sat in line behind one car for 30 minutes.
Pharmacy is not very friendly or helpful.
Staff isnt very friendly
