I will never do business with them again! I just needed replacement nebulizer tubing which Ive bought from them many times without a prescription. The gentleman told me I had to have a prescription to purchase the tubing. He then insisted my insurance card. At the end of the transaction he was willing to hand me the tubing over, (without a prescription...I feel like because he had my insurance information and they will pay like a cash cow.). The tubing is a C-7...meaning OTC is fine. I took my business elsewhere. Beware he may try to take advantage if your clueless on your rights.
