Great experience with this company . They fit me in thier schedule on an emergency rush to take down a busted mirror wall to shorten the panels and replace the broken panel . They were ontime, put shoe covers over thier shoes so nothing was tracked in from the construction that was going on outside our door, vacumed thier mess and left our condo cleaning thier way out . Will definitely use them on upcoming projects

High winds knocked a basketball goal into my windshield. Panama Glass got me on the schedule relatively quick, service was overall good. Though, the windshield installed was scratched. Took back a week later for a replacement. 4/5 due to the fact that I never received a call that my car was ready, for both replacements. Though they apologized for not calling, a 30 second call/text would have been appreciated. Thanks!

I had a cracked windshield replaced. Insurance covered the cost. The staff was on-time, professional, and friendly. They worked very efficiently, and the car and area around it were left very clean. Highly recommend!

The owners Daughter was very helpful and she place the order for us on 1/22/20. My husband went over to pick up the 2 pieces of glass and he paid for it and look at it there was a chip and both edges were bad . So they reordered the two pieces of glass and we went back over to get the new glass on 2/17 and the edges werent rounded plus a scratch was on one piece ! Not Happy At All. The lady couldnt credit or charge and said another person the next day would do it !!??

I just bought a piece of custom glass from Panama glass for one of my shipping container house creations. Christine was very pleasant took my tax ID information and immediately created my invoice after I visited the warehouse with Robert. Robert showed me the right piece of glass for my project. I was able to buy a remnant which saved me money. Sam another person in the office was gracious and welcoming the moment I walked in the door. Our house was lost in the hurricane so were living in our RV which lost the windshield. When it came time to install a new I informed them we were living in it. I was told they would do their best to complete the job that day! Well when I got there, John, their technician, had 2 trucks shining their headlights so he could see to finish!! Because it was so late, John recommended I not drive it to allow the sealants to set up. So he invited us to stay on their property overnight!!! These people care about you! What amazing service we experienced while dealing with this company! Our children broke the glass on a rental unit coffee table the day before we were scheduled to leave PCB. Two companies wouldn’t have it ready for a week. Panama glass said they could have it by 5 pm that day. They called us 2 hours later (noon) to let us know it was competed! When we walked in they knew who we were, had it ready, and loaded it into the car! What a relief!

I own a ceramic and stone business in the panhandle area. On two different occasions, this company did not show up nor did I receive a phone call for rescheduling. This company is not reliable or dependable.

They ordered my windows and installed them just like they said. Then cleaned up after themselves. This is the third time they have done work for me and Im highly satisfied. Best in Panama City!

They made me a special piece of glass the day before Christmas eve in a few hours. They didnt charge me an arm and leg. Super friendly!

Way over priced. Dont expect to get better service if you wait for something. Markup on plexiglass and acrylic almost 100 percent. Labor is huge to make 4 cuts I mean huge!
