Took a seat cushion in on Tuesday to get 6 snaps put on it. The OWNER said it would be ready on Wednesday for me to pick up. I told them I couldn’t pick it up until Thursday. OWNER said no problem. Stopped in Thursday to pick up. Cushion had not been touched and then they decided to tell me they didn’t have the tools to put the snaps on anyway. You would think the owner of the company would know if he had the proper tools to do the job in the first place.

A BIG thank you goes out to the folks at The Recovery Room! One of my clients, Dippin Dots - Panama City Beach, FL, had some straps cut off a highchair. Instead of having to buy a new chair, they were able to replace the straps and hardware for a lot less and helped them not have a safety issue! Thank you, Recovery Room!!

Won’t return calls or come out to look at job. Been calling for 3 weeks. Finally gave up. We will find another company that will at least return calls.
