I just received my order yesterday love all 3 delivery driver worked with my time everything I ordered was included definitely going back to buy more soon I need some water slides and I love the prices and the gentleman that contacted me raffi was great always kept me up date great customer service

Well, I just purchased a bouncer and I must say, this isnt my first bouncer purchase and the quality of this brand is very poor I must say, I am disappointed, thank God it was only 1285, and nothing more, I will put it to use, but not something I like to show for my business, but I already bought it. The way it came was extremely horrible, like they just threw wrap around it and tossed it around too before shipping it out. Again very disappointed, over all..nothing was ripped and the blower works fine, just the quality and the way it came shipped, not going to buy here again

I had purchased a 15x15 bounce house, I have to say I am very satisfied of the purchase I did make with jungle jump. I had looked over the reviews after I made the purchase with them stating that had bad communication skills but I did reach out to them after a few days of not getting a delivery information with my purchase because I wanted to have an idea of when it would arrive. I did get a email back stating it was shipped and it was out of there hands and to reach out the carriers for information. Since I didn’t need the bounce house for business purposes, I wasn’t to worry when I did receive it since it was just going to be used at my house for my kids. But overall, I have to say I was happy with my purchase and also a happy customer. A little to big for my yard but kids love it! Everything describes that came with it, came with it. Not one thing missing or I didn’t have to reach out to them about something missing. It’s straight forward, paid for it waited the time frame they show on there page for delivery and I got it! Will be buying another some time soon again! Only reason I said 4 out of 5 stars was because I feel like there website can be more updated and the email i received could had been a bit better customer service answered instead saying it’s out of our hands and to deal with the carrier.

Compre un Bounce House y me mandaron un soplador que no trabaja bien .ellos saben que tiene menos potencia y ellos no quieren resolver el problema . por que solo a hora tienen este tipo de inflador .I bought a Bounce House and they sent me a blower that doesnt work well. When I complained they reviled to me that they knew they where giving new blowers will lower potency compared to the ones the used to sell last year. This was never reviled at the time of purchase and when I tried to resolve this with them they said they could not do anything since thats the only blower they had and if I wanted to return it I had to pay all the shipping fees.

Quality and pricing is definitely the best, I have delt with over 5 companies and nobody comes close to these guys, I recommend them 110%.

I have 3 inflatables from Jungle Jumps. All are of great quality, and the gentlemen Raffi is always super helpful.

Good product. I started with them in 2018 for my business in WA. I bought 6 Bouncers everything was excellent with Betty. But this year 2020 I bought one more Super Slide and more equipment and the customer service was very poor. They sold me what they wanted no what I choose. They never called📞 me back..😠

Go2Party Rentals is the name of our company. We launched in August of 2019 and started our investment with one of Jungle Jumps Packages. Quality of vinyl and stitching is very good. Stakes and blowers are also great quality. Ill definitely buy our next package here when we scale the business.

Raffi is great! He really took time out to explain the difference between their product sizes and he seemed to really have my best interests in mind as a small business starting up. He was very patient with me during the quoting and buying processes. On top of the great customer service, the two bounce houses that I received exceeded my expectations. Their jumpers are very high quality and I expect them to last for years to come! I will definitely be doing business with Jungle Jumps again!!!

Waited a bit into the season to write a review and Im even more impressed. Im in the northeast where it can get muggy and rainy and with a little TLC these products hold up great. I have rented the blue marble slide 17 times and it still looks great.I call and have questions from time to time and I never feel rushed on the phone or detered. This company is true professionals through and through and the products are made by experts in inflatables. These are not just thrown together. I hope to work with them for many years.

They have the engineering aspect of their waterslides down to science. Velcro drainers are placed in the perfect locations on the bottom of the slides to prevent water retainment inside the slide, which can get very frustrating and heavy.Their slides are made of great quality and super light to handle for being waterslides, some even weighing the same of a regular Bounce House. The removable and detachable pools and liners help make the weight even more lighter.I definitely know where Ill be getting my next waterslides at!

Call to ask some questions and the person who answered seemed to me she was embarrassed but the truth hardly heard me and if so before making the deal I can imagine with the deal done .we have good attention to the client will have the very nice photos but that does not guarantee my money.
