After trying to be told they wouldn’t have time for a walk in as they had two waiting and one getting a hair cut the other stylist cleaning her station and leaving the one signing us in told us we would have about a 39 min wait which was fine. Literally during the time we waited they had had no customers at their stations and were so slow and just had no rush or want to about getting the customers seen about. While calling other walk ins ahead of us was the last straw. We finally walked out after waiting for over 30 min. I watched them literally turn customers away.

Jerica (spelling?) was awesome! She was so patient with my granddaughter. Very accommodating!

I sat here for hour and half waiting while three other people that didnt have appointments but came in after me got called around me. Really need to close the doors. Would be a great place to put a barber shop. If you arent there regulars them drive past goes they look right over you.

Kylee is great with my hair. She really listens to what you want and checks to make sure she is following your direction. The salon is clean and bright. Masks are worn by the stylists and they do the recommended cleaning for Covid 19. The price is a very good value.

I got there at 11 for my appointment. The young lady Kaylee took me right back. She followed safe procedures during the whole time.Kaylee was very friendly and personable. A really nice lady. She did a fantastic job on my hair and I am 100% satisfied!

Went to SuperCuts 23rd street Tuesday 13th at 3:40pm. No appointment just a walk in. The place was empty and they turned me away said they were waiting on their customers that had appointments what ever happened to walk-ins welcome no appointment needed?

Been getting my haircut from Haile for almost two months now and she has always done an amazing job. She’s also extremely professional and friendly and I will continue getting my haircut from her while stationed here in Panama City. Would very much recommend her to anyone.

Im so grateful I was able to get an appointment, especially now. The young lady I whos station I was seated at was Kylee, and she was ABSOLUTELY wonderful- talented, understanding, patient and extremely creative - Im really picky and wanted a 1940s style cut and I didnt have a photo to show her but after talking with her for a few minutes and asking for her to be imaginative, she did a little 1940s style and a lot of her own creativity and I left there with the best haircut ever. Ill certainly make another appointment for my next cut.

Went for a hair trim and the woman cut off more even after I told her I didnt want any more cut off and she didnt cut it even and looks gapped in spots.

If I could give negative stars I would. My boyfriend went to get his hair cut and nothing about it was even and he has a damn near bald spot right in the front.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Hailie (sp) Smith today. First time for me with her. She was great. Super friendly, laughed at my dumb jokes, and did a great job on my hair. I recommend her for all your hair needs.

Been getting my haircut for years at Supercuts. They are very professional, do a great job, and of course affordable.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a few years and absolutely love it! Last year, I relocated to Denver from PC and recently visited home and had to make sure to see my stylist, Brittany! She has always been so kind, flexible, and beyond talented when it comes to all things hair related. I let her do her thing and trust her completely! Turns out perfect every time. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Be sure to ask for Brittany!!

Just walked in without an appointment and only had to wait a few minutes before my turn. I asked for a high and tight fade and the stylist did a great job! Better than most barbershops that I’ve been to.

Honestly my favorite place to get my hair done. The stylists are very welcoming and know how to make you feel at home. They take their time with making sure you know exactly what you want done with your hair and their prices are very reasonable!

The lady who cut my hair (Nicole) did a great job. She was thorough, careful, cheerful and provided a very relaxing experience. She was very passionate about cutting hair and I felt like I was getting a scalp massage with my cut. Best experience for me personally.

I went to get about a 3 inch trim...previously my hair, more curly than wavy, fell all the way to my waist line, and I wanted it to the bottom of my shoulder blades. The woman showed me in the mirror where she was going to chop it and I said yes, thats good, and by the time I walked out of the store I had at least 6 inches of hair chopped off. I cant bring myself to be disappointed in front of a sales associate, so I walked out with a thank you, but I have to say something because I really hope these people learn to listen to their customer a little bit more. I was so excited to get a little weight off for summer, and now I desperately want it to grow back. My hair is not curly enough to look good at this length anymore, and its going to be a frizzy/wavy mom-bob unless I maintain it every day for at least a couple months.

Was okay, was surprised by way hair was cut, just one cut all the way across. Never had my hair cit like that. Usually they spend some time cutting it so it lays properly. May give them a second try. Nice staff

Good service. We normally go to Tyndall AFB for our haircuts but because of the reduced hours on base, we had to go here to get a haircut after school.Haircut price costs more here than on base.

Wrong hair color. Just because a stylist likes a dark hair color doesnt mean the client does.

This Supercuts is great. It is nothing fancy but the staff make up for that. They are amazing. They are great with kids and adults. They often get very busy so you may want to get an appointment.

This where I had my 1 yr old hair cut for the first time! It was great staff was nice, patient w my son talked to him interacted to w him so he would feel comfortable!! It was a great experience.

While I received a quality haircut the prices are quite steep. If you are looking for a basic trim or a barber style cut I would recommend looking elsewhere where you can receive better service for a lesser price.

I guess y’all have a new girl that cut my fiancé’s hair and maybe she needs glasses or to go back to school because she has no idea what a fade is didn’t have her own equipment and messed his hair all up he was going there all the time til now you have lost our business. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
