Mr. Wesley,then la few months later we had two other other ladies that worked with us as well .I went through the recent loss of my husband and my son and daughter had to take over for him to help me with things i need to get done untill i get stronger to do for my self, and the associates at mattress firm were very n8ce and informative and met my needs my family and i are very thankful to them workers atat Mattress firm on 23rd street .

January 2015 I purchased a mattress and box springs from Mattress Firm 23rd Street in Panama City, Florida. After more surgeries, my doctor, told me to get a new bed with an adjustable base. I check many different stores and received my best deal at Mattress Firm in Panama City, Florida again. They were very helpful, explaining the differences in the many different brands they sold. My new mattress with an adjustable base will be delivered July 30th. Kyra was amazing. We walked in about 30 minutes to closing but she didnt rush us. She answered all our questions and after we decided what bed we wanted she got us set up and out the door with 5 minutes to spare. We were very impressed.

Selecting and buying my mattress was easy. The gold delivery service was awful!!! They left the trash in MY YARD!!!

Paid close to 5000 cash for bedding for our family on 3/19. We brought home 2 mattresses with the other 3 items, mattress and 2 bunk boards coming in about a weeks time. A week went by and they were still missing one item so we asked them to deliver it when it all finally came in and paid for delivery. A month later, I find out from a district manager who just happened to be in the store when I called that they resold my 2 items so all of it had to be reordered! Finally picked up my (paid for over a month ago) items yesterday 4/27.....🤬

I was dreading shopping for a mattress for my 10 year olds new loft bed, however, the sales man, Jeff was knowledgeable, super friendly and took me strait to quality mattresses within my budget. My daughter has slept sound for 3 nights now and I know the mattress is giving her the support her body needs. Also, I had already purchased another mattress that was 4 days out with shipping from another local store, my daughter had been waiting long enough to sleep in this bed so we stopped in the Sleep Center and their inventory is on point!!! I got a refund on the other mattress! I was in and out within 30 minutes and left thinking how I wished every experience was that seamless and positive. I will be purchasing our king replacement mattress from Jeff next-just based off this experience!

It was pretty simple really. We had a terrible mattress and we wanted the best they had with an adjustable base. They set us up quickly. However, they didn’t have everything in stock so we’re getting multiple deliveries, piece by piece. So that is a little upsetting.

I visited the 507 E. 23rd St, Panama City FL. 32401 on location on 5.30.2020 & purchased a Beauty Rest Queen Mattress & Box Spring, delivery was scheduled for 6.7.2020. Today, I receive a call the mattress was not in stock & delivery was being delayed? I Cancelled The Order!Not GOOD customer service. 1 day before my scheduled delivery & its determined the item is not in stock?Better customer service is expected.

Ray (Mgr) is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The store has a wide variety of stock. Ray assisted me, both times Ive been in there, with my mattress selections. After about 1.5 months I had to take advantage of the 120 Night Sleep Trial and exchange our mattresses, due to comfort issues. I will most definitely make any future purchases at Mattress Firm!
