If I could rate them at 10 stars I would.Where do I begin? Hospitality, Intelligent, Helpful, Hard Working, Gods People... A few words that come to mind when I think about our time spent at Miller Marine. This place is more than just a busy ship yard full of boats. We purchased a new boat last summer and she was in dyer need of an upgrade to make her more charter friendly for our up coming season. Miller Marine was the only yard willing to take on the huge job.. and a job it was. From ripping out our entire back deck to redesigning a completely different custom look and yet keeping her classy yacht appearance...the brains at Miller went above and beyond for us. A 6 month project finished in less than 3, we can not say thank you enough. An outstanding job to say the least! We couldnt be more happy with the finished product. Mike, Todd, Megan, Mandi, Bimbo, Nick, Buck.... the entire crew at this yard is nothing but hard working, knowledge, great people. We cannot say THANK YOU enough. Here at Miller Marine, there are fiberglass guys, painting crews, prop tuning crews, carpenters and more, all in once place waiting to take on the job. If you are looking to take you boat somewhere trusted and proven, look no further. Miller Marine is in a class of its own.Thank yall SO much!Captain Chris & Shelby Kirby

The staff of Miller Marine is excellent. They do what they say, in the timeline they provided and work hard to help facilitate your quick return to the water. They still believe that taking care of the customer is more important than making 1 time profit. I trust them with my business and they have never disappointed me. Quality operation from the yard to the office.

My family and I have dealt with a lot of boat dealers, boat yards, and boat mechanics. Some were good and some were bad. However, Miller Marine is the best one we have been to in all of panhandle. They were very friendly, kind, honest, and helpful. I recommend them for any of your boat needs. And I will always refer anyone to them if they ever need anything done to their boat.

The only place in town that had the part I needed, in stock, and at a fair price. Yeah I could of saved a few bucks and ordered it online, but there is tremendous value in having a store like this local. Im happy to pay a little more knowing Im supporting a local business that will be there when I need something fast in the future. A+ Miller Marine.

We started with a terrible purchase experience, the broker, the surveyor and the owner got together and lied to us.We came to Miller with a project boat. From the bottom job, the propellers reconditioning, the hot water heater to the major engine removal and refurbishment of them both, we cant thank the Miller marine crew enough. From management all the way to the detailing of our boat we had a wonderful experience, needless to say we will recommend Miller for anything your boat or yacht may need. Thank you again Megan!!!

My wife and I took our sailboat into Millers to have some work done, and weve had a horrible experience. We wanted a bottom job, engine maintenance, head checked, and mast boot repaired. Before I start and to their credit, they did mention that the boat was old, and they couldnt guarantee their work. With that said, the experience was a bad one. First we were quoted a price to do the job, and they twice tried to raise it. We were able to finally get back to the quoted price after questioning them. So we paid, and went to look at the boat as it was still out of the water. The paint was OK I guess, it was already pealing off in a couple of places. Im new to boating so I wasnt sure or not if that was normal or not on an older boat so I let it go. We came back a couple of days later to pick up the boat and found it had a good 6 of water covering the floor. It was over the wood trim, the floor was completely underwater and right up to the bottom of the motor. The boat wasnt plugged in and the bilge had run one of the batteries completely dead trying to keep up with the water. So it appeared to us that our boat was basically sinking at the dock. I ran up to the front desk and informed the lady, and a truck with 3 people showed up. They jumped on the boat, hooked up the battery to the truck with some jumpers and we got the bilge running. It took around 45 minutes or so to pump out the boat. So we got our boat running and we motored her home. I started washing her and when I walked up to the bow of the boat, I noticed black footprints all over the deck. The deck at the bow is covered in them. Aside from that, I noticed a weird hue on the port side deck. After looking closer, it appears to be paint spray. So it looks to me like I have paint spray from mine or another vessel on my deck as well. On top of all that the motor wasnt serviced (his guy was busy), and apparently the mast boot needs some kind of special part so nothing was done there either. The actual mechanic and Mr. Miller who ran down to help us pump out the boat and repair the leak were very nice, and were very helpful. Unfortunately the overall experience was terrible. I hope this isnt a typical experience, I feel like a third class customer at best. I took pictures of everything, and documented the experience every step of the way as this was my first experience taking a boat to be serviced and I didnt know what to expect.Based on our personal experience having our boat serviced at Miller Marine Yacht Service Inc; We would not recommend them to anyone.

I have been a Hatteras owner for a good many years. In that time, I have reasons to visit major yacht service facilities over much of Florida. Never have i found a yard like Miller Marine Services.Miller Marine is like pulling into your own facility. Every person there is friendly and polite. And just as important, they know how to deal with virtually any repair. They dont shortcut anything, but they know how to save their customers money.I dont know of any boater who has been to Millers for work, who wont go back again. Anyone who is unhappy with work done at this place has an attitude problem. I will be at Miller Marine in about 30 days for bottom painting, prop tune up, Zinc replacement, etc.., etc., etc. Interestingly I always see other boaters who like myself, return each year. They must be doing a good job.

Brought my boat in 3 years ago to have the deck restored. I worked with Nick. Long story short the finish began coming up from the deck less than a month after I got it back. Have attempted to return the boat for correction since than several times but Nick has always been too busy. Now the new wood is rotting and the finish continues to come up. From what I can see it appears that the wood and aluminum were never prepped for the finish. Extremely disappointed.
