I simply cannot recommend these people after trusting them with my car. I took it in for engine misfires and they ran off and started attempting to do unauthorized work with my fuel injection system without notice. On top of telling me oh you know whats wrong with it you should work on it yourself now? Then slapping me in the face with a $775 dollar bill for a engine tuneup I just had the fuel system completely replaced and you didnt even claim- you just ran off and done some blind work that wasnt needed to it.For anyone with CFNA - Firestone Credit cards you might want to check if they are active, AND USABLE before getting anything major done, they straight up deleted my entire account, didnt bother telling me nor reported it to the credit bureaus and so I had a sudden, nice surprise payment to max out my other credit lines.

The worker that I had contact was extremely pleasant. I listened to conversations he had with others and he was also pleasant. The wait was long but it is to be expected and they let you know up front that it is going to be a while

If you have an online appointment option on your website then make it actually functional. I made an appointment on line only to be called and told that it “doesn’t really work”. You’re Firestone…do better. Or simply remove it.

Brought the truck in on a Sunday after calling ahead and verifying that they could work on it. Asked if I needed to make an appointment and the worker said no. Didn’t get it back until Tuesday. Fine, I know how it is, you get busy.Told the guy checking it in that the tires were questionable, truck was bought used and they felt oblong, truck has wheel hop at speed. if they won’t balance then quote me on a new set. Check the ball joints and tie rod ends before doing an alignment. Requested that the wheel with a half moon of wheel weights gets the tire remounted.I get the truck back and the wheels have SHEETS of wheel weights on them. They never broke the beads loose from the rim, just slapped tons of weight on the wheel. Truck hops at highway speed.Three wheel studs were bad on the truck. Shop manager called Monday and asked before removing the wheels on what we should do. We agreed to break them or strip the threads and they would charge me to replace them, after giving me a price for doing it. I call Tuesday morning and the man on the phone says the trucks ready to go. Firestone did not replace the wheel studs. Firestone told me a lie to my face and said they cannot get them.I have to emphasize this. A mechanic shop cannot get press in wheel studs for a 77 Chevrolet truck.Every auto parts store in Panama City have them listed, NAPA has 10 of them in stock! If they couldn’t get them from their supplier then I would gladly drive to any auto parts store and provide them with the parts.Firestone did not listen to what I wanted done,Decided to put half a pound of wheel weights on a bad tire instead of selling me a new set, which I was totally prepared to do. Broke my wheel studs and refused to replace them. The only thing they managed to do was put a bad tire on the light rear of a long bed truck that’s so out of round the rear end hops going down 231.

This is a first class business. I had a punctured tire that required repair. They were prompt and very accommodating to me. In and out in about 25 minutes on a Saturday morning. I highly recommended them.

Eh, it was ok. Had to wait a few hours for a simple oil change. Had to listen to another customer in the waiting area SNORE ! Customer service was average.

A 2hr wait turn into a 3hr wait but all in all still great service

Nice people good service. Had oil changed, tires retated and balanced. Would suggest updating waiting area it is where we spend our time, its ran down. There was no water or drinks of any kind.

Mediocre service. Technicians replaced my tires an battery.. They couldnt figure out how to reset the tpms... And forgot to install the insulation cover on the positive battery terminal... They handed me the cover when I came back and said Id need an appt to get it installed. Just another apathetic PC store. Look elsewhere.

I came here to have a semi synthetic oil change on my 2017 Hyundai sonata and my windshield wipers adjusted. To be honest Im a little disappointed because I know I overpaid for the oil change as it was almost double from other places for the same thing. My windshield wipers were not fully fixed either as they still slam down hard on my windshield. I really should take it back to them and have them fix it but I dont want to wait for a few hours just to have my windshield wipers repaired again. I was hoping to find a place to bring my vehicles from here on out,but I dont think this is going to be the place... unfortunately.

This will be the second time I’ve been to this location, both times having tires replaced on my Acura MDX. First time: my fault, curb bit my tire. Second time: mystery, but still had to be replaced. I’m the typical skeptical woman of auto shops but let me tell you, this Firestone location will be the only place working on my vehicle in the future. (New to town, not knowing anyone, add a flat tire and it might make you wish you were home. The manager, Doug, was kind to me when he didn’t have to be. Made sure I had air in my flat to get home until the new tire came in. And he was equally kind the first time I can in with a flat.) Albeit rough hands, they are good hands to be in! You won’t regret bringing your vehicle to these guys. Highly recommend, and I never take the time to write reviews, but they were beyond worthy.

Generally my first choice for auto needs for over 30 years in multiple states. missed the one in Panama City after Michael. So happy they are back with normal hours now.

Booked an appointment, showed up 5 minutes prior to appt time, waited approximately 15 minutes for someone to come into the lobby to speak with me. They were obviously very busy. Told tech that I was there for my scheduled appointment and was told that there was no possible way that my car could be serviced today because they were so backed up. Sucks that Sundays are my only off day, as they wouldn’t be able to fit my car in until later in the week. Tech was nice, but maybe you guys should invest in a receptionist that can greet customers as they walk in and call scheduled appointment clients to let them know that their appointments need to be rescheduled, before they drive all the way over there.

Ordered 4 tires for my truck, they were in within a couple of days. Dropped the truck off in the morning, it was ready by noon.

Firestone employees are always on top of their job and very polite. They had my car issues fixed in no time. They have made their office covid safe and even offered masks. You can ask for more than that!

Very unprofessional, called ahead for alignment and told them I was coming Sunday morning as it was an hour drive for me to get there. Upon arrival I was told they don’t do alignments on Sundays after they told me they would get me done with no issues. I’ll never go to this store again.

Absolutely terrible communication. I needed a specific test done on my car that only one person could do. They scheduled me on a day he was off. Once I arrived I found out, so they rescheduled me to his next working day, and he called out sick.I show up for my scheduled appointment with him, and they act so apologetic at the counter. I’m frustrated at their inability to contact their customers for work that ONLY this gentleman could do to inform them before they show up for an appointment. Instead they just tried to reschedule me again, and there’s no way.I will NEVER go back.

It was a bad experience I went over to get my oil change and the guy said it will take one hour and a half to do it and 2 hours pass by and my car was parked outside I asked one of the guys on the front and he said the my car will be ready like around 1 pm and I got there at 9:36 am I wait till 11:36 and I asked for my keys so I can leave cuz they never change the oil on my car I went to take 5 oil change and they change the oil for me in less then 30 minutes for less price then firestone so if you guys want a good and fast service I recommend you to go to TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE 👍👍

Went in for a front enlightenment but i figure something else was wrong and yep my inner and outer tie rods were bad didnt have the money so he talk me into just trying to get a Firestone credit card my credit isnt that good but i got and enough to fix my car thank you

Tried to charge 1800 for sparkplug and coils. Another mechanic shop quoted me about $400. Employee even called and admitted to price gouging. What a rip off. This place should be shut down.

The tires they gave me are fine the service very rushed it seems. Took my vehicle in to get the new tires. Cool. left front starts squeeling when I take left turns. I take it back no charge except for time Really. left it the whole day get it back they say they bent something and I was like ok... say the fixed it. Few weeks squeeling again at this point I need a second opinion take it to Goodyear tire. Turns out a spring was missing from the left side of my brake disk. If I cant rely on a tire store to fix my tires then why should I use your services?

I went in today for a $20 flat repair. I was informed that it would be over $100 because I needed a new tire because it was not repairable because the screw was in the outside tread block and too close to the side wall. I took it somewhere else and the screw wasnt even thru the tread nor was it causing the leak. I wont be going back for any type of repair!

Doug found a nail in one of my tires and repaired it promptly. He also pointed out future service needs for my vehicle. Billy Blackburn was also present and gave me good advice for safe driving and good service in the future. I have visited Firestone in Panama City, Florida since 2001 and have consistently received good service from all of them.

For the second time in about a month, I had tire damage and needed to replace a tire. Both times the waiting list was pretty long (thanks, Michael) but I was able to bring in the tire since the spare was already on my car. Yesterdays visit was even quicker than the first. I brought in the tire and went next door to have a couple of tacos. I hadnt even finished eating before they called and said my tire was ready.Great service, friendly employees, and they always take good care of my car when I do need to leave it.

Well first of all I want in to get my back passenger tire fixed because it seem to have a slow leak. Not to mention I had called the week before to try and get in and the girl Kaitlyn told me that the earliest she could get me in would be the following Wednesday. It was over the weekend when I had this conversation with Kaitlyn however she was very rude . When I did come in Wednesday it was around 1 o’clock and she was very extremely on courteous rude and no sense of direction she told me that I would have to make an appointment when I arrive Wednesday to bring my car in the following Tuesday I. Then told her that I could no longer wait another day and that I had tires that my husband had bought cash under warranty from fire stone need it to be fixed she was so nasty and rude I didn’t get my car fixed until the next day that’s because a guy named Doug I suppose technician called me after he witnessed her being very rude and disrespectful to me I then bought my car and it was taken care of the next day. Overall they got done I was there about 45 minutes but I never want to return there the girl Kaitlyn at the front she was not so courteous and I’m all for customer service I recommend not going here because this girl has no patience and no sense of kindness to the situation go somewhere else don’t waste your money or time I’ll because of her I now will drive maybe to the next town over to going get my car serviced if needed with my tires only the place was very dirty the floors had not been vacuumed there are all dust and chips everywhere. Finally this manager was there by the name of Terrence Walton he heard my concerns he didn’t care he was very rude.

This shop has it going on. The employees there are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Doing what they can to insure the best for all of their customers and meet their needs. I want to say thank you. Your fantastic service is noted and appreciated. Will continue to have vehicle serviced at this Firestone.

I’ve been in Panama City for a long time, and have had a very difficult time finding a mechanic’s shop that I liked. I have given this Firestone a chance many many times, and never left feeling good about my service. But because there were few choices, and I had been to most other stores, I would go back to FS just because. THANK GOODNESS Tire Kingdom has come to town!!!! The place looks amazing.... manager was fantastic......and they actually cared about how long I waited. Seriously, sorry to the employees at the MLK Firestone, but you guys need to pick up your attitudes, manners, and appreciate the business, especially after a huge hurricane blew away most of the towns homes! At least clean up the place.....

Ive generally been happy with Firestone throughout my business travels from the midwest to south Florida, its why I buy my tires there. Today at the Panama City location, I came in for a single nail puncture. Got told to try first thing in the morning, *maybe* they can get to me. Otherwise, make an appointment for 7 days out. With 3 of 5 *empty* bays. No, thanks. Ill get it fixed, and re-evaluate my choice of franchise. Theres plenty out there.

Could not believe it cost over twice the GMC dealer price to replace my truck rear brakes and all that they said they were giving me a 15 percent discount if not for the supposed discount it would have cost me 3 times as much as the dealership and even more than that at other repair shops I called .Michael Jones

I always get excellent help with the front service I cant say that about the manager though Im not happy with him at all. If it was not for the front help I probably never would go back there but I would go to other Firestones. Firestone itself I love their service, its just this Manager

The people at Firestone are good at what they do. They are more than willing to work with you on repair costs to help save you money. Labor costs arent cheap but they charge based on set costs, not guestimates on how long itll take.

I have an all wheel drive and they put different tires on the front than the back. My manual says I HAVE to have all the SAME tire. Great customer service but unknowable.

I needed two tires on my truck and I went on a Sunday and had my truck worked on. The time I walked in the service people and associates was nothing short of perfect with hospitality and service. I truly have become a customer for life.

Good experience. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up at the end of my work day. It took him about that long to get my oil change completed and rotate my tires. They checked a few other things for me as well. Great service, great employees.

Friendly staff. Even though they couldnt completely fix the problem. They seemed concerned and recommended I go to the dealership, due to electrical problems. Im still glad I went there. Dont feel as though I was cheated or got.

Went in for an alignment. I got in and out super fast . About 35 minutes. I told them only to do the alignment and not mess with anything else because the car was 20k mileage serviced at toyota the day before. What do they do. They over Inflate my front right tire...... and the steering well isnt centered... the car was driving straight no issues from the alignment. But my steering wheel being off. And then my car ride being bumpy. Even after I corrected the tire pressure issue, makes me wonder what they really did to my car....

These guys are great! Always quick and on time, willing to explain anything you ask. Prices are okay, but for what you pay you get way better service and places like Walmart. They always call me with updates and right when somethings done as well so I can pick it up on my way hope. I like that theyre open until 7 too, gives me time to drop by after work. Great place!

Took my dually truck in for an alignment. Bobby did a great job and took time to ask me questions about the weight I haul with the truck. I have never had a technician at any shop do this.People become repeat customers because of employees like Bobby.

Well this location is the WORST!! I had an appt and was told that the Manager said it never shouldve been scheduled for the time and they had unfinished work from the day before so they couldnt install my tires. I went to pick my tires up to take them to somewhere else and there were 3 vacant bays with noone waiting. They never apologized or anything! I took my car to Discount Tire on 23rd Street and they took great care of me. I will never go to another Firestone Business!

Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Problem with the calibration of the tire balancing machine resulted in a misbalanced tire and vibration. I returned to the store, and the discrepancy was dealt with immediately and corrected. Although I had an appointment, the wait time to have 4 tires installed and an alignment performed was a total of 4 1/2 hours, which I feel was a bit excessive. Overall good work on behalf of the crew as it seemed to be a very busy day for them.

Terrible Experience. Rude service Adviser, uninspired Techs. Got there with a flat Tire. Didnt ever etempt to fix it (Bridgestone Tires from my local Firestone with Roadhazard) just said not fixable, need to purchase new Tire. Tire available till next day 6pm. Send me back on the road with flat Tire 😤 Im on Vacation 500miles from Home. Fixed my unfixable Tire myself with Plug kit from Autozone. What a Joke spend a 1000$ for my Tires with insurance get treated like this 🤦‍♂️

Ok service. Took them took them nearly all day to mount up 2 Trailer tires for me that were off the trailer.

Busy shop, slow service. Flat repair on a b2b ticket took almost two hours. If possible, maybe pick somewhere less busy.

Super expensive. Asked for full synthetic and got regular oil. Took 3 and a half hours for an oil change and two tires to be put on. Also they say they are a complete auto shop but they wont replace my clutch. Wouldnt even give me a quote! Will bring my business else where

Just ok, way over booked and stacking the schedule to make more money. Service technicians are pretty rude. If they worked as hard as they smoked cigarettes your car would be done an hour sooner. Basically it come down to the technicians, and they work like it’s a vacation.On the plus side, The Service Advisors are great and extremely helpful. This shop is totally limited by its service technicians holding it back.If you have to go to Firestone for work on your car then do it. Otherwise even Walmart would give better service for your hard earned money.

I used to get all my tires from here. Ive been going to Firestone for at least 10 years but everytime I call to try and get in recently they tell me they are weeks behind and cannot even schedule me an appointment?!The guy literally told me to be at the store 45 minutes before they open to get in line and wait for the staff to get there.. then he proceeds to tell me that would just be to drop my car off for service but completion wasnt guaranteed. Are you joking?!

I went in to replace my battery because the one that had been installed in 2015 died (under warranty). They replaced a belt on my car... Im over at the Ford dealer getting my oil changed, and theyre telling me that that same belt needs replacing! its been maybe a month since Firestone replaced it. Save your time and money and go somewhere that replaces with quality parts.
