Purchase $5000 worth of cabinets from the local dealer. During assembly 2 of the cabinets were found to be defective in manufacturing. I contacted the local dealer asking to see if replacements were available and was told they couldnt look it up. That is not true because the salesperson looked it up when we purchased the cabinets. The representative then hung up on me when I told her that was BS and she could look it up. Corporate refers you back to the store after filing a warranty claim and parts are not available. Another salesperson later and he hangs up because I pressed on him to help me find out if cabinets were available. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

We appreciate the utmost professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness which Stacy showed to us during our latest project. She has been very creative with her designs and honest when things may not have been in our best interest. CTG has wonderful products and are patient/easy to work with when designing a layout to maximize the kitchen and bath areas. We are looking forward to using their services again on our next investment. Kudos!

Worst experience ever. Install was in January and still not right. They have been here at least 5 times. The coming any does not back their warranty. The salesman,Tim, Panama City will not return my callsStay away

Would be a 5 star but due to issues with the company they use to install their countertops I had to knock it down to a 4. Cabinets and flooring were great. Had a few cabinets that needed to be swapped out and cabinets to go handled it great. Shout out to Shane for helping with design and everything. Now if we can just get stone interiors from Alabama on the ball!

This is a nightmare!! The staff is nice when you are wanting to buy but I had an issue with my farmhouse cabinet not being finished to the top. Since it was for an island it was designed on the end with a dishwasher on the other end.. I was not made aware that the side is only finished to a certain height which I did notknow. We are installing an island size butcherblock which are precut to size. I contacted Cabinets To Go and they offered a panel but since it is a precut top the cabinet size is incorrect with another panel. I was also advised to call customer support and they sent me back to the store. It would be 1/4 of an inch too short. After multiple attempts to return the cabinets I was told they would make an exception but I still had to pay a 25% restocking fee and they would not waive it. The staff member even agreed that they did not know and advised me that all sides are finished. I dont understand why I have to pay for someone elses misinformation. I have no kitchen and 2 children. Be aware they do not work with customers who have issues, even if its not your fault!

The establishment was very clean and the displays were well set up. Stacie was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable and is an asset to the company.

Sales people were very polite. Good selection, cant wait to see the quality of the cabinets and how quick they arrive.
