Lobby closed, but no big deal, drive through was not too long a wait. Pleasantly surprised that I was able to get a dozen of the Halloween themed donuts for my daughters birthday, and an additional dozen for only $1. It was a happy accident, as I had no clue they offered that on Saturday! Win!

Havent had a hot now donut in forever! They didnt disappoint. Even though the dining area is still closed, the drive through line moved very fast. Thoroughly enjoyed our donuts!

I don’t see how this place has a 4.5 rating. That must be from in the morning. I just had a typical visit. Waited in line behind one car for them to order for 10 minutes. Finally was able to order and pull up. To a woman with no personality who rolled her eyes at me when I THANKED HER FOR MY DOUGHNUTS. The service here is an embarrassment. Krispy Kreme should be ashamed.

So after being tormented with a needle I got the best surprise ever! Apparently I could get a free donut for having got my COVID vax! So, we headed on down to the drive through and sure enough! I showed them my newly stabbed arm and card and I got a donut in return! Thank you Krispy Kreme!

I wanted to buy cream filled donuts at Krispy Kreme today and they brought me regular donuts with cream spread across them as I checked them I told the lady these are not cream filled donuts and she told me yes sir they are after a while with her assuring me they were cream filled even showing me on back where they were injected with cream I took them and I bit into one and there was ABSOLUTELY NO CREAM ANYWHERE BUT JUST A DOT WHERE THEY HIT IT WITH THE INJECTOR THERE WAS NOT ANY CREAM INSIDE THE DONUTS PERIOD I WILL BE GETTING MY CREAM FILLED DONUTS AT DUNKIN FROM NOW ON

I was leaving the beach with my family, and I decided to stop here. I already knew that I was going to sink my teeth, into some mouth watering doughnuts. Nope, not so. First of all, they only had a select amount of doughnuts, not everything that was advertised. Second of all, and most important, the doughnuts were terrible. They tasted like some fundraiser doughnuts you would buy from a school. Utterly ridiculous, I was very disappointed with the product there. Im hoping it was just a bad day for them, if not, I definitely wont be frequenting this location ever again.......

I got a coupon for a free dozen for my birthday. Something was wrong with their system, so it wasn’t showing up. Instead of honoring it anyway when I showed it to them they charged me for the donuts. Don’t send a coupon if you’re not going to honor it.

I have to say, Krispy Kreme is consistent in the quality of their product! Nothing like seeing the HOT NOW sign lit!!Service at this location has been less than stellar lately. Maybe it is a victim of Covid-19 unemployment benefits being better than working. Yesterday, a Sunday, I stopped by this location around noon only to find it closed. Disappointing but understandable. Today, I go and that sign welcomes me to a bit of a line, but that is fine. I finally get to order and I was told what my total was, but my order was not repeated back to me which I only noticed was a problem after opening the magic box. Luckily, the 3 hot glazed were there. I ordered a cinnamon doughnut but Traditional Cake Doughnut was on my receipt and in my box. Not my favorite. The Strawberry Kreme filled was there as planned (and delicious). The last doughnut, my favorite, a glazed custard, was keyed as a glazed raspberry filled (which I would have enjoyed) but turned out to be lemon filled.Will I go back? Yes.Will I check the receipt and box contents before leaving the parking lot? Probably.

I arrived this morning at Krispy Kreme at a quarter till 6. They open at 6 now I waited in the Drive-Thru patiently cuz I know how it is trying to get things done getting ready for opening up. It was 10 minutes till 6 and the speaker on the drive-through came on and the guy asked me what I wished to order. I told the guy that I can wait for a little bit longer that I did not want to bug them that it was not opening time and I understood that and I did not mind waiting. 6 in the morning the guy politely and professionally continue to ask me what I wanted to order. I did place my order drove up to the window and was met by gentleman who again was polite professional and right on top of things. Now as far as the quality of donuts, well that goes without saying I got the original Krispy Kreme two dozen of them to be exact. And as everyone probably already knows they were awesome! Even at 6 in the morning to be met by someone that is polite, professional and glad to be there doing their job even at such an early hour dealing with public is very unheard of these days. Definitely will be back.

Tried to get a few of the special Valentines donuts but I wanted to see them their sign says that their drive through and lobby were open however when I tried to go in they locked both doors. One of the cashiers stuck her head out and said that their lobby is closed that they only do drive through so now Im just going to go to another donut place

Something about seeing to fresh sign in the window that sucks u right in. Sorry no pictures. What can I say that donut did not stand a chance. That sign didnt let me down bc that donut was on point. Had me thinking about another one but I know my limit. Quick and easy service with a smile and a thank u. I was back on the road in no time but I sure do want to thank the ppl that make them hot and fresh donuts. They even give napkins!! When eating and driving u appreciate the little things. So if u have a sweet tooth remember they have a wide variety of donuts.

As usual I had a wonderful experience and the Doughnuts were out of this world. Im home schooling and had to run to the hospital for some tests so stopped to get a treat for them and they couldnt wait to eat them up. The Pumpkin spice was so good Ill have to get more of them next time.

Worst customer service ever !!! Tanaiyah never greeted at the intercom she cut me off several times while I was trying to complete my order . Very rude tone . I ask her was the donuts hot because the sign wasn’t on she told me No however they were hot . She was to lazy to put on sign . As you can see by the receipt it was right after 4pm . She also never told me the total at the window just snatched my card . Never spoke or said thank you I would give this a zero rating however that’s impossible

Best donuts hands down but oh my goodness, their drive through is the only option (besides ordering online) and it always takes at least 30 minutes to get our order. They need to streamline the drive-through if its going to be the only option. Honestly how could it take so long every time. Theyre just donuts!

I would rate lower if I could. I would rate negative 2 stars. From time of getting in line to getting 6 doughnuts and three drinks it took 45 minutes. The one drink tasted like sewage water and they even argued that we didnt order three drinks even though we were charged for three and the receipt even showed three drinks. Then the receipt that was given was their copy so we couldnt fill out the survey for corporate.
