I went to Office Depot to find a product that I had previously purchased at the 23rd St store in Panama City. I had to hunt down 3 sales associates.... No one knew where the product was in the store (which is poorly organized). Nor did they bother to help me find it. They simply made excuses and said I dont know where it is..... nor did they offer to help me find it. I came back to my office.... when online. Ordered it from Amazon. Got a much better quantity (3 times as much) for the same price I would pay at Office Depot. And it will be delivered free by Friday of this week! I only shop at Office Depot when I absolutely have to!

This is a very large store that has pretty much anything that you could need for your office. I came here to do my census bureau fingerprints. They have a self serve copy ran printer that you need to use a credit card for or you can go to the print desk and Ill help you as well. As well as office supplies the also have office furniture and a wider re of computers and peripherals. They have plenty of staff and everyone is very helpful. You can even order stuff on the website and happy delivered for pick up at the store. They have handicap parking and access right in front. They also have one motorized shopping cart.

Even after being hit by a major hurricane in the past few months. This place is still up and running and a great place to get supplies or find good deals on office equipment. Great management, and best staff. This is a highly recommend place.

They have office supplies.First time there was ok, but nothing notable; it felt like walking through a deserted warehouse. Second time through I greeted (*i greeted*) the cashier and was met with with no response. Not a conversationalist, got it. Neither am I. He managed to only utter a couple indiscernible words during the transaction and looked as if he wanted to be anywhere else. Perhaps I shouldn’t have tested the waters by bidding him a nice day upon my departure: not so much as a glance for eye contact or one last muffled grunt… he seemed to just stare off in a motionless stance as if he powered down until the next customer arrived.But the place has office supplies.

They usually have what I am looking for, but the shelves never seem fully stocked and the back of the store seems like a work in progress aot.of the time. The printing desk has a lot of services. I have had business cards made there and some booklets printed. The line can be slow though because there arent very many people working in the store.

Office Depot has some nice paper

Tried to get something xeroxed. Line was long because only one employee was trying to wait on all the customers. We and another person in line left the store. This store manager should train more than one person working this area.

Went there to buy a basic computer desk for my little brother after moving him from Arkansas to PC. The 2 desks we wanted werent in stock and would take 4 weeks to arrive. Sooooooo why are you even open? Congrats, your failing business just lost out on a few hundred dollars worth of sales because you dont have your own furniture in stock. Its just made-in-China particle board junk anyway. With all other options in town, well just go elsewhere. This place was dead and dinky, not clean. It will be closed in a few months.

Although they have anything you may need for office supplies or home, they were a little short on help. I run a tight schedule and cant always wait. So an extra pair of hands to help move things along would be great. Very helpful and friendly otherwise.

Never contacted me to tell me that my order was ready. When I called in to check on it, the lady was very rude. Went to the store to pick it up and stood at the counter for 10-plus minutes and nobody so much as made eye contact with me. So I called the store while I was standing there. A guy named Bob answered the phone, walked over to where I was standind and told me Im sure theyll be with you in a few minutes. I told him that I had already been waiting for 10-plus minutes and no one has helped me and that I was there to pick up something that I already paid for. So he went behind the counter, grabbed my order, handed to me and said here you go. Clearly he was annoyed...I can understand being patient if they were busy, but to not let me know that my order was ready, then be rude to me on the phone, then to completely ignore me while standing at the counter is unacceptable.Get it together Office Depot. Youre better than this.

It would be nice if they would have more than one register open at a time. Every time I go there, the only register open is the orders/pick up desk so there are people with big orders that usually take a while. I only get a small pack of notepads for work when Im on my way to work- my job is only about less than two minutes away but Ive learned to get to Office Depot 30 minutes before my shift starts because thats how long the checkout takes. I can tell that I am not the only one frustrated about there only being one register open.

Great place for a wide selection of office supplies but, the prices are absolutely bonkers. Id recommend only coming here for their photocopying/faxing services. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but, Ill reiterate, sheesh the prices are outrageous.

They could stock more technology related items. Oh, and keep the checkout moving faster. Often times, you have to check out at the print department and you have to wait for them to design orders for other customers, make copies, wrote up orders, etc... all before you can pay for your paper & pens.

Clerks are always pleasant and helpful. Although theres usually a wait, they truly try to multitask as best as possible.

They had just opened this morning and there was only one woman in the copy/ printing department. She was working very hard to keep up. She did afine job under pressure! Thanks!

They were super friendly, simple, and fast when i had to get a copy made off my phone. Not expensive either, i definitely recommend!

Had a great experience with Ashley at the print desk. Knowledgeable and helpful. Had pretty specific printing requests and each one was met with a positive and helpful attitude.

They have great customer service and support. I use their excellent printing center often. My reason for 3 rather than 5 is their limited selection and pricing.

Store out of Epson 252 popular printer ink. Common problem at this store. Employee said it was an inventory managed system and that was why they frequently are out of ink. So, I went across street where I bought it for less, of course, from Walmart!

I came here just to have them print out forms for me to sign and then scan back in and email to me. It was a lot cheaper than I imagined it would be, and they were very friendly.

Im not sure where they found their print center employees, but, theyre idiots. I had come in to have some pictures printed from my usb and I admit that I hadnt prepared the photos to just simply be printed. But I thought thats also why they were there. To help.So my main picture for my project didnt have a high enough resolution to be increased to the size I needed. I used my phone to download a higher resolution copy, and emailed it to them. Once the clerk informed me it may take over night to resize and print 13 pics on normal paper with lazerjet ink, I requested she put the picture from the email on my thumb drive and I would take it home to resize them myself so all she had to do was print them. When I got home I had realized that SHE PUT SOMEONE ELSES PICTURE ON MY DRIVE! All of my pics were of the same activity. Clearly the one she put on there wasnt even remotely related to what I had. Luckily I still had it on my phone to transfer to my computer.I return to the store about an hour and half later, pics resized to what I need, all she had to do was print. The main pic, being 6.25 by 30, was the main concern on detail. It looked good enough to do my project, however, it was an inkjet printer and wouldnt transfer for my project. In the middle of helping me, she was also helping other customers and doing random tasks. Fine, she was back there by herself. No problem. But I could have been out of there by now if she knew what she was doing. I kindly asked for my thumb drive back, when she said okay, but I was just about to print them. She didnt give me the thumb drive back as requested, which was a little more irritating. She finally printed my 12 other pics to fit the page, 8.5x11, when they were only supposed to be printed to size, max being 6.25x11.49. Complete waste of materials! So she got those printed to the size I needed, but we were still brainstorming the larger pic. I asked if there was anyway to print it on 3 separate papers I could piece it together for my project. She was able to, however, again, she blew them up to the actual size of the paper, instead of the resized format I made it. Yet again, complete waste of materials because it was way too blurry and the wrong size. By this time I was over it and proceeded to check out with what I DID have to work with. I think it was a blessing in disguise that my son had used most of the money on my card because I couldnt pay for them and on my way home to get cash, I got more upset thinking about the entire situation. I didnt go back.Fast forward to today, I was able to print them the way I needed them on my work printer with ease, and Im not even proficient in photo editing! I wont ever use their services again if they keep hiring people who arent experienced or trained properly.

Probably the least knowledgeable staff as it relates to technical questions that I have ever encountered. Sale prices are always competitive on computers though and I find myself shopping here. Just dont rely on getting good purchase advice.

Service is inconsistent: sometimes slow, sometimes fast (And sometimes too fast; e.g. I was going to choose Print & E-Mail so Id have a record of the type of ink my mothers printer takes, but the sales clerk immediately hit the print only selection for me without even asking.)

Called ahead to see if ink cartridge was in stock and gal that checked for them evidently couldnt read because she told me they had plenty on the shelf. When I got there, the cashier checked and told me they dont carry it in that store.
