This employer never sent W2 and now IRS claims I owe money!!!! I am on SSI and SSDI. I tried to work minimal hrs within limit. Herniated my L5 while trying to work part time at this store. Now my SSI being cut by 73.50 a month because this employer didnt file the correct taxes for me! I barely make my rent and bills now.
