Huge store with lots and lots of costumes and other gimmicks. If youre into dressing up for Halloween or decorating or run a haunted house then this would be a great store for you to visit.

Zero customer service experience for the assistant supervisor. It definitely shows its his 2nd day on the job. Horrible ability to listen to a concern.

As long as it hadnt been open you should be able to take it back didnt get to use it now stuck with it

You have to try on the masks to see if it fits you properly before you spend that kind of money otherwise we had fun 😊 there is one door open for incoming customers and outgoing customers

Tons of costume, accessory & decor options. Everything is neatly arranged & easily shoppable. Prices range from moderate to on the high side, but most of the high priced items are something unique & well made that youre not going to find at your local big box store.

Spirit is the only Halloween store the world could ever need.

Wd went for accessories to our costume s. The store is well organized and the staff was helpful.

Cool Halloween stuff and friendly cashiers/staff. Only downside is old building they rented this year. Plenty parking. Reasonable selection being this close to Halloween.

If I could rate them lower than 1 Star, I would. I bought a costume for my son, and their prices are a bit on the high side. I bought it after the “deadline to return” that they did not inform us of. Today is the 29th and when I opened it for him to try it on, pieces were missing and the costume had damage to it. They refused to assist us, and even stated the manager was in the back but wouldn’t want to come out. They were rude, and wouldn’t even give us a number we could call. As we left, I looked back to see that one of them was literally making faces at us as we left. Buyer beware.

Lots of costumes, but none for your pets. Gotta head two.doors down for that.

It’s expensive and they don’t carry sizes larger than a large they don’t have a good selection at all and I just would not recommend going there
