I have enjoyed going to every Toys R Us Ive ever been to,this one was no exception. Very friendly staff,and I found exactly what I was looking for. Even with the closing stores deals,it was not messy at all and there was a wide selection to choose from. Sad to see them go!

Toys R Us. As of the time of this typing they are having a liquidation sale. Sadly, after many years of business and dedication, they are going out of business and if it says anything I am deeply saddened by this. I grew up knowing this brand all too well. I used to visit the store when visiting my great grandmother before she passed away. Needless to say this store does and will always hold great memories. Hats off to Toys R Us. Its been an amazing journey.

I got the best potty in the world for her and the price was amazing. The potty flushing and the back light up and the potty say Yay, you when potty when my child use the potty is plays a song. The cutest thing I ever seen. My son got the best potty ever from ToysRUs.

Great sale prices. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Bought a car seat and was able to actually try them out in the store.

There was no one on the floor to help you. There were 2 cashiers and 1 person at the service desk. After 3 times up and down the aisle and only finding 1 item (which was in a locked cabinet ) out of the 5 on my list, I went to the service desk and told her I couldnt find anyone to help me. She offered to look it up on line for me which did show an item I was looking for but she would have to check to see if they had one at that store. I told her not to worry I would just go home and order the stuff on line, which I did ...from wal mart.

This old-school store was a step back in time for my husband and my son loved it. This is their happy place. I enjoyed the clearance section.

Okay so theyre going out of business the online stores no longer operating so if you have a gift card you better use it and use it fast right now everythings 10% off but Im sure it will be marked down more and more before they go out of business. I did get a really good deal on a bike there yesterday for $81

I have been a Toys R Us Kid and my son was a Toys R Us kid. It is the end of an era. Hearing Monica tell the story of Mike who haunts this particular store in PCB, FL. made me extra sad. Mike called in sick and missed his shift and had a massive heart attack and she has seen him and heard him cutting open boxes when she was alone late at night. Monica said Mike was trying to finish his missed shift. Very spooky story. Three more days and Mike will, sadly be all alone in the store.

I love the plethora of options they have! Toys for all ages and genders! Someone can always be found to help you if you need it. This store is also always very clean!

Great store!!!! I use Amazon all the time but when it comes to buying toys for my kids this is the only place to go. We will miss this place.

Price point is higher than other non toy stores but the selection is greater. People are wonderful and willing to help or offer help. 4 stars only to the fact that the store looks and feels due for a remodel/refresh.

Great place to buy all kinds of toys, come on you cant tell me you dont know about this store. Even I feel like a kid when I go in this store.

Have loved Toys R Us since I was a little girl. My daughter and I both will miss being able to go in and see all the new cool toys.

Never really been a fan of toys r us. They are too over priced for the same item you can buy somewhere else way cheaper. Teenaged kids( legal aged) work there and are too busy playing and cant answer any questions. Lines are long. One example I was in desperate need of side walk chalk. They carried Crayola side walk chalk there with a high price ( dont remember the exact price) but it was high enough I continued my search else where and found the exact item at another store for almost half the price.

I went to buy bicycles they wasnt fixed all the way to brakes didnt work and they charge you for putting the bikes together and theyre already put together to sell them

This place is built like a maze, its almost too big to walk around and aimlessly find what youre looking for without some level of assistance. Still, its a shame theyre closing. :-(

I was able to get the toy that was on hold but the other Lego clearance was in back. Ask a worker if he can bring out the Star Wars clearance Lego. He said by the weekend it will be. They lost a sale.

Its a good place for kids not much to say since there shutting there doors....

The selection is wonderful and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Prices can be a little much but, it is a really nice place when you want to buy toys and you arent sure about them online.

Everybody loves toys r us. But everybody doesnt love their prices. You can find hard to find toys here that you cant find anywhere else though.

Great options to buy a gift for every child. Like the price match guarantee. And earning points for every dollar spent.

My kids loved this store, so many good memories. Going to Toysrus was like going to Disney world. All there toys were good quality, and diffferent from other stores ( and thats why I like Toysrus). My kids are sad that they are closing.

Incredible customer service, super friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Very helpful staff, there during the holidays and didnt feel rushed at all. Prices were a higher than other big box stores, BUT they have more things than other stores and sale items ate priced great.

I only gave this place a 3 star rating just due to the bad customer service at checkout. When we got up there and the young 20 year old lady couldnt even answer simple questions we asked her to make sure if the toy we bought does receive the 30% discount as the shelf sticker had stated. She didnt say a word she just looked at us and kind of shrugged shoulders and nodded her headhow rude. So I just brushed it off and asked her again once again no response. So I just told her it would probably just take care of it once you hit the reset button and she said yeah I guess I would have given this place 5 stars because the men in the back or just absolutely amazing showed us around pulled things off the shelf ask us if there is anything else. we did save $70 but the girl ruined the whole day with her nasty attitude. Bah humbug a little grouch.
