Never one to want to leave a negative review however the experience with Window World Panama City has been beyond abysmal and warranted such. A contract was signed on 05/04/2020 for windows / sliding glass door installation on our properties. As of writing this review on this date neither job has been completed (almost 5 months). For one property the installed sliding glass door does not slide evenly / smoothly. The screen door is still sitting in my garage since installer could not figure out how to correctly install / level / fix the issue. We happily payed half up front as typical yet the company charged the card for the remaining half of job completion without our authorization on 07/06/2020. The job still has yet to be completed as of this date (almost 3 months later after being billed for completion).For the second property the installer began removing the existing windows only to find the newly ordered windows were the wrong dimensions. Yes, you heard right, they incorrectly measured the windows initially. Thus beginning another waiting period to order the correct sizes while leaving the property / windows in the attached state. The installer assured he re-secured/sealed the windows. We now have moisture / water damage from the windows.All the while continuing to have lack of communication with us being required to always try and contact them, to only end up being run around with unfulfilled date of completions / appointment times. We have been beyond patient despite all of this and are at wits end. It appears escalation with a lawyer may be required to add on the the list of headaches. I will update the review once everything is finally sorted.

Reasonable prices. Small communication problem with the office staff but it was addressed quickly by the manager. They were up front about delivery being 8 to 10 weeks out.. Windows arrived within that time frame and they promptly scheduled for install. I think they look really nice!
