Great experience, excellent staff and services, price is good, helpful staff.

In the past I have did a lot of business with this store .They have had great prices the owners was always nice to me until this past Saturday when I went to purchase a powered speaker I was given the wrong speaker and told by a employee that to take it if I didn’t like that I could bring it back and he had away around the 20% restocking fee he knew that wasn’t what I wanted when I returned it I still got charged be the manger said the speaker wasn’t in the same shape and the box wasn’t there but his employee took the box and the speaker was still in the plastic be careful when dealing with the Panama City location

Great shop and the people working were very friendly. They had a good selection of affordable gear and some really nice high-end guitars as well. Looms like they were having an issue with their ceiling while I was there, but nothing major. The Martin I played was setup well and I could tell they know what they are doing. If I lived nearby, this would be my music store for sure.

Dropped $180.00 in cables and accessories and punk behind the counter told me that their bathrooms aren’t for the public and I should take a leak in the Alley…..I’ll drive an extra 120 minutes to Guitar Center before I shop here again. Wow unbelievable!!!

We love supporting local business, but enough is enough. Local or not, we will never enjoy doing business with a retailer with a nasty attitude.we could have ordered, but we chose to keep it local. Our mistake, apparently there is an endless supply of graceful customers standing at the door. It hurts me to say, but hello Sweetwater, Musicians Friend, and Amazon. At least their website is polite and courteous.Sad day truly.

What a great music store...and one of the few within a 2-hour radius of PC. Great service, great selection, very competitive prices, and knowledgeable staff! I was greeted promptly, allowed to try instruments without hassle...which I did and it took me over an hour because they had such a great selection...and had all my questions answered. It’s nice to have such a professional store in PC.

Nelson and Dillan are both very informative and new exactly what we need. They took the time to explain different type of the musical instruments. They helped us with cleaning products, explained the stings for various guitars which we also purchased and music book. We bought their products and very pleased with those and their service. I was in town visiting from Nashville and wanted to look at a few things. Everything was blocked off and it was not a very friendly experience. I asked if I could look in a blocked off area at some guitars and was told no. Very strange music store experience.

Drove an hour and arrived five minutes past close, in desperate need of a cable and a strap. They opened the doors, and helped me get what I needed.This place is a lifesaver .Outstanding.

Came in there looking for something for my niece. Very accommodating staff, super friendly and military friendly. They took their time to hook up the electric kit and let us play for awhile. This is what I love about family owned music shops. Loved the personal touch!

The guy at the register greeted us as we entered. He offered to help us multiple times and was very friendly and offered information throughout our time there. The store takes Covid-19 safety seriously. I mean SERIOUSLY. They have some of their merchandise behind barriers, but are happy to help you look at anything you are interested in. I applaud them for their extensive efforts. Not many retailers in Bay County have gone to such measures. They are exercising safe Covid-19 measures, and continue to treat their customers like family. Can you imagine if the entire community took even half of these steps to insure customer (and employee) safety? I would like that. Thank you for doing all you have done during these strange times!!

I have dealt with Leitz Music for many years now and have had nothing but good things to say about this organization. They get things shipped out in most cases the same day and offer more than reasonable pricing. I strongly recommend Leitz music to anyone looking for music gear!!

Bought my first ukulele there always like to look around last couple times Ive been its been a tad bit messy however I think thats just from cleaning and rearranging :)

Called to ask if they had two common guitar items in stock, and was promptly told they do not carry those items. Stopped by an hour later to find they did have them in stock. While brousing the store more than half of thier merchandise is packed up (bare shelves), and I was instructed by the staff not to touch anything I was not going to buy.Unacceptable Service! It seems as if they just rather be closed, and dont want any one comming in to shop. Ridiculous.

I have been visiting this store for years. It has been a must stop when in Panama City. I stopped in today and found the usual great selection of instruments and accessories. I played a nice Fender P Bass today and practiced for the first time 4 new contemporary Christian tunes I will be playing at my home church next weekend. The store was not busy and I didnt see anybody wanting to get where I was playing. I was shocked when after the second time through my 4 songs I was asked if I was going to buy the bass I was playing. I said no explaining I was playing these songs for the first time in preparation for next weekends service. I was asked to stop playing to make room for other customers. So I stopped playing and purchased a pack of music flash cards, which I found when walking through the store. I mentioned to the guy that asked me to stop playing that I play like this at Sam Ash and Guitar Center stores across the country and they welcome me coming in to play and I have never been asked to stop playing until today. Having bought a guitar, mixer, speakers and other accessories here before, I left the store wondering if I will return again after todays experience in the not busy store.

My oldest son bought a trumpet from here a few years back. Its an excellent place with knowledgeable staff! The wide variety of instruments youll find here are very nice and of high quality.

Good store and they are helpful, the techs have been excellent. There seems to be a renewed atmosphere in the store. I actually had some one greet me as I entered. I love the selection of percussion instruments. Guitars run the gambit of styles and prices. Fender dealer, Martins, Gretch, Ovation, and any Ukulele you might need.

Bought my little girl her first instrument from here. She wanted a clarinet, so we are doing classes and she got a clarinet! Helpful service and a super large inventory of different instruments to look at in here.

Ordered equipment on-line through EBay. My fault, (not theirs) I had the wrong shipping address associated with my order. When I realized it a day later, I called and spoke with Shane. He contacted the manufacturer and got them to change the ship to address to the correct location. He called me several times to make sure I had the latest status while he was working on it. He was very helpful and the communication was great!! I will definitely purchase from them again based on my first experience.

As far as music goes, you cant go wrong shopping at this store. It the best music store in all of bay county as well as Destin. Besides the fantastic variety of instruments. Leitz customer service is outstanding. Thank you Leitz for everything. My hats off to you.

Leitz Music has an excellent staff and an incredible amount of instruments to choose from. I went with my friend to help her pick out an instrument, tyler helped us out a lot, hes a great salesmen and he did a great job. Overall, if I ever need anything music wise, I will definitely be going back to Leitz.

You might want to keep masks at the door if you require customers to have them. You just lost $1000 sale for not having that box up there. Not to mention the other thousands a year I spent at your store that I’ll be spending at musicians friend.

Ive been a customer of Leitz Music for years, and always have a great experience there. From a huge inventory of products, a knowledgeable staff of musicians who make you feel right at home, I highly recommend Leitz Music! Also, they have great techs on hand to repair your gear and they really know their stuff!

I wasn’t to please with my recent visit. I paid to have a few instruments fixed and they fixed one but the other one was in the same condition as before. Knobs making noise and the input popping. I brought it back thinking maybe it was an honest mistake. Turns out they had sprayed it with canned air before for $20. When I brought it back he did the same again. Issue was never fixed nor a refund. I am normally pleased with their customer service but I felt like I was conned out $20. This last time I took it and blew with my breath into the input and some dust came out and now it plays great.Happy they fixed my first guitar but not satisfied with my bass and the last time I asked for advice on what cable to grab, they gave me a trs cable for a balanced input that come to find out doesn’t work right, so I am giving this two stars.

Need it on and end parts for cymbal stands hi-hat stand and Shane was most helpful my experience was excellent

I was told there wasnt any places in our area that carried a wide selectiion of music accessories. Well, I found Leitz Music on accident. I was looking for a Dunlop Cry Baby Wah Pedal. I called and staff was beyond helpful not to mention their prices! They have a wide selection of almost everything from acoustic guitars, bass, drums and even a wide range of effect guitar pedals. These guys know their stuff! I thank god I was in a rush to pick up my daughter from school 40 miles from their location and I got a flat tire as soon as I pulled up to their store, if not because of that I would have stayed a few hours playing around with stuff and spending a lot more! Great knowledgeable staff, great wide selection of items and unbelievable prices! Thanks guys for coming through for me! Bulls On Parade sounds awesome with that wah pedal. :o)
