I wouldnt bother going to this business anymore unless you have an account, walk-ins arent welcome. Needless to say I will take my business somewhere else where all customers are happily accepted! Shame on you!

Awesome customer service from David when I called inquiring about the in store availability of a oddball part.David continued this trend as he suggested I come in and order this non standard item.He spent his time and methodically searched and showed me my options and ordered the parts.Finally calling me on Monday to inform me they had all arrived.Thank you David for the excellent service.

Store is always clean and well organized, staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. If you need fasteners, but cant find anywhere else this is the place to go!
