If y’all are going to close an hour early it’d be nice to at least have a sign or let people know and not leave your gate half closed with no employee in sight. I just wanted to swap a hat out my mom got me that was the wrong size....

This is a horrible management team... they clueless about how they running the store one guy says he remembers you the other one calls the store manager for a exchange their district manager I met personally when I bought the hat was in the store and wanted to exchange the hat never been worn they didn’t wanna let me exchange it HORRIBLE BUSINESS EXPERIENCE DONT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS HERE THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT !

I had a horrible experience in this store as well they do not exhange or return a hat that never been worn before because i happen to loose my reciept NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE AND NEVER BUYING A HAT FROM LIDS STORE IN PCB
