Greg and Maggie were very nice and professional. Greg is extremely great at explaining different options regarding hearing aids. For example, the different technology and prices of the hearing aids. Moreover, Greg did a really wonderful job in explaining how the hearing screening would work! Additionally, he downloaded an app to my I-phone; and taught me how to use it with my hearing aids.

The Beltone in Panama City on 23rd St. took a lot of time with my father and did a great job!

For my appointment I was very early, mention to receptionist and she said it was okay check me in said have a seat, before I could really sit down I was called back, the doctors son was filling in and he ask some questions and needed my hearing aid came back quick fast and hurry. Put hearing aid back in ear and wow I was done, painless. Who could ask for more 😄🎂I was one happy camper and very satisfied 😌😌.

Mr. Greg Yordon and his staff at the Panama City office are great! They are friendly, courteous, professional and make every effort to meet the needs of their clients. All questions are answered and explained in a way that is easy to understand. The hearing test is explained and any questions I had were answered completely. Mr. Yordon personally made sure I was able to get the hearing aids I needed but still be affordable. He explained the difference in costs between what I wanted versus what I needed and all the options in between. Ultimately, his #1 priority is my hearing health needs! Wow! What a bad place to go......they dont bother introducting themselvers, act grumpy, and immeidately try to sell you expensive hearing aids by bad mouthing the medicare ones. Fortunately, we went to Gulf Coast Hearing Center and got outstanding service and found out the medicare provided hearing aids are actually very very good - and free for those on medicare. Those people at Beltone ought to be ashamed of themselvers.

After two years of not hearing well and asking what too many times, I really researched on line and asked questions of others who wore hearing aids.So I found that Gregory Yordon, in Panama City, who has 30 years experience would be my best bet! And I am so very pleased with my new hearing aids, the training and information he has given me. But most of all I love being able to hear more and clearer. And the fact that they work with my cell phone is a real bonus. Thank you Gregory!!

If I had a hearing problem I would NOT do business with Beltone. Unsolicited mail is bad enough, but they disguise their mail as Important Offer Inside without putting their name on the envelope. Same tactics sleazy used car dealers use. If you have pride in what you are doing you put your name on it. If you are ashamed and expect most will toss the mail in the junk, then you try to trick them into opening it. Beltone has proven they are the latter.

We wont be back to you for hearing aids. How can you sleep at night knowing you are taking money from seniors? Your prices are beyond the scope of reason. People, please shop around and you will see, this place will seem all nice and caring while planning to take you for a ride, a bad ride. Shop around! We did and are very glad we took the time to do so.
