I called the local office the first week of May, to alert them we were moving and no longer needed the tank. They gave me a timetable of about a week to get it moved, which was fine. Our family moved, and I got a bill in the mail about the first of June and I called them back, again was given a time frame of about a week and assured this part of my bill would be credited past the time I initially requested removal. On this call, I also reminded them we would be closing on the house soon and I wouldnt own it any longer and did not want to be responsible for this. Yesterday, my husband went by to check on the house and the tank is STILL THERE ( over 2 months since initial call). I call this morning and tell them as of Monday we will no longer own the house and cannot ensure what will happen with the tank or that they even have access to the back yard, and she said she cant guarantee theyll even get it by then. So at this point, I have a tank 70% full that I already paid for the gas and dont have a refund on, nearly 3 months of tank rental theyre charging me for after I requested the tank removed, and am supposed to be responsible for this tank on property that I will no longer own in just a couple days.

Ferrell was referred to me by Dan Richards, “The Gas Man”, after he installed my gas stove. Ferrell was organized and explained everything. I couldn’t be more happy with them both, Dan and Ferrell.

The delivery man was professional and friendly. The delivery truck was in excellent condition as well. I highly recommend Ferrell Propane.

I would recommend Ferrell Gas to anyone useing lp has they are very professional but more important there customer service is beyond great in particular Rachel she not only took care of me but she told me how and when to buy gas to save me money. Called well ahead to see if they had someone to fill our 30lb tanks and was told yes they have someone there till 5pm we get there at 430 and was told Everyone is gone for the day.

They delivered to us on Sunday after the devastation of hurricane Michael. Thank you Ferrell Gas!!!!
