I came on vacation without my seal for my water chamber after I removed my so clean attachment. After going the weekend without it I called Apria first thing Monday morning & Brad was so helpful. They had it in stock & I got it the same day. The price was right & customer service was awesome. Thank y’all …you’re a lifesaver! I highly recommend Apria!
I came in from out of town and realized I forgot a piece to mt CPAP machine. After a rough night of sleeping I stopped by their office and they very graciously help me with that part I needed. I would definitely use their service again.
Extremely professional and helpful. While on vacation, I left part of my CPAP supplies at home. After going to five different places, they had on hand exactly what I needed.
I started using the Panama city Apria Healthcare office in November 2020 after difficulties with my previous CPAP provider. Kadey and her team are awesome! They promptly answer the phone, ensure my insurance company has everything they need, and have provided me the critical CPAP supplies I need very efficiently!I highly recommend them!
The Panama City Branch of Apria Healthcare is top notch!! My friend (who is technologically challenged) asked me to write this review..... I’ve been using Apria Healthcare of Panama City FL for three years. Recently, the full-face model I’ve used for many years was no longer available. I spoke with Tim & he found a similar model. It was not comfortable and irritated my brow. We tried a smaller model and the results were the same. He researched deeper and found a different model which is far better than any I’ve used. Trying to get my Cpap supplies no one answers the phones on the numbers I tried. Reccomend if you need Cpap try another company mo help from Apria. Apria after reading my review called me and has put me on an automatic refill schedule. This helps me and I dont have to call and try to get someone to answer the phone for my refills.
I need my supplies,the office in Panama City is closed a long time,nobody there,when are you opening?
This place was very professional and quick! I arrived and walked out the door with my equipment within the hour! Kadey did a wonderful job coordinating my appointment. When it came time to learn about my equipment, Tim explained everything in laymans terms so I could understand. I will return to Apria in the future.
Local office in Panama city is fantastic. Alicia is very knowledgeable, friendly, and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand everything. The toll free call center on the other hand is horrible. You have to answer too many questions, they are hard to understand, and I never want to deal with them again. Go by the jenks ave office, get their direct number and avoid the pain of not talking to someone that actually has dealt with you.
Pathetic customer service. I have tried for weeks to speak with the local Apria hub on Jenks Ave. I am home bound and cannot make multiple visits to the facility (that fails to maintain regular business hours and are not known to their 800 service or posted on the locked facility door)...further, NONE of their numbers seem to be viable, working numbers (or they are simply not manning their phones). Aprias off-shore non-English speaking customer service agents finally requested a call-back for me twice, weeks apart, but to date no one has responded. How can patient care be handled locally? This egregious and medically inappropriate, irresponsible non-customer care/service should be examined closely by all insurance carriers who have approved payments to Apria...
Had a few problems, but everything came out all right. Billing, especially with Medicare can be a nightmare. When I went in to pick up my machine, the lady was very nice and apologized. I apologized back because I had gotten inpatient and should not have read these bad reviews. Thank you Apria.

CPAP machine ordered through local doctor back in September, no response called back a month later to customer no service and she double checked all information and reordered and said someone would call me within a couple of days, 3 months later havent heard a peep. Went to local office on Jenks, closed at 2:00 in the afternoon!! AVOID!!!!
Went there for first CPAP mask. They charged Medicare $250 then my insurance $250 and sent me a bill for $170. All for a mask you can buy on line for $99. Total ripoff.
Terrible Billing Practices. I paid my portion of the bill the day I was in the local Apria office. Yet even after you pay your bill and owe them nothing they keep sending you bills month after month. You call and they tell you they corrected the matter and then they keep sending you bills. Now they even changed their contact number and you cannot even get through to the local office. They make you call the national number and deal with them for billing and other matters. I would get my CPAP machine and supplies elsewhere from a local business that is reputable and not Apria!!!
Wouldnt use Apria Healthcare again. Very unprofessional. They promised the process would take 2-9 days, it has been more than a month. Apria has not called once to give me an update . I have called several times attempting to correct the mixup. Each time I was told that a respiratory specialist would call me back (never happened). I still dont have sleep apnea machine more than a month later.**BE ADVISED USE DIFFERENT COMPANY**
Just talked to the billing center of this place, who told me there is no phone # for the local office, but they would get back to me when they received my order. how stupid does that sound!? after i asked twice for the local contact, i ended up telling the woman to screw it, i will just go knock on the door of the building to get my stuff.
CPAP ordered in November, multiple calls to apria about status, was told supplies on the way- Doctors office called numerous times, same run around- regional manager visited doctors office, promised to expedite order - several weeks later no supplies
