Michael’s, to me, has always had superior products over Hobby Lobby. Not only do they have high-quality products, (as Hobby Lobby does), but their prices have always seemed to beat every other craft store! The employees are always so kind and friendly, and you can actually find one of them when you have a question, unlike Hobby Lobby. I especially love the Michael’s store in Shadow Lake. The customer service is superb, and you’ll never ask a question that they won’t either know the answer to, or that they won’t be too hurried to find. I’ll continue to give Michael’s my business for all of my crafting needs!

Great small craft shop, I come here for frames (I buy frames and mats and assemble them myself) and seasonal decorations. I prefer the frame selection they have here over other craft stores nearby.

Always a delight to shop at this location! Staff are always accommodating and friendly. They really go the extra mile to help customers.

They had multiple lanes open which is rare at Michaels. I loved that I went in and checked out quickly.

I went to get two photos framed and the lady did an excellent job helping me decide even giving ideas. I really appreciated everything she did for me. They lost a start since I bought some photo frames for something that didnt need custom framing and one of the two pack was broken. Though not entirely their fault they were super cheap, they should look at leaving the cheap stuff to Walmart.

For a smaller store there is a lot available. Good prices.

While generally a good place to grab, paints, paint brushes, and various crafting supplies, this location does not stock much for cosplay or LARP costume creation.

There were a few things I was looking for that I couldnt find and there was nobody to ask. I was looking for quilling paper but they dont seem to have it. I was also looking for shadow box frames and I couldnt find them either. Other than that the store is nice, some good sales, and the checkout people are very pleasant.

Needed some Testers Enamel paint for a custom cluster job in my vehicle. Michaels was the ONLY place in the metro that carried what I needed. Thank you for having what I needed, when I needed it.

Lots of empty shelves and shaggy looking clearance aisles. No ambiance at all. I dont expect candlelight and soft music, but seemed dead. Only saw 2 employees in the whole place.

I needed new flower arrangement for my bathroom and their flowers are really expensive. It is super clean and organized, but go with a coupon or go somewhere else.

Lots of empty shelves. WAY TOO MANY SHELVES WITHOUT PRICES! I do not buy when I cannot see a price tag. I do not ask or chance on pricing at the register. Curling price tags is poor merchandising. Staff was nice or this would be a 2 star review. Left frustrated.

I love this store. Just make sure you check your receipt before you leave. I’ve had multiple items ring up when I only had 2 of them. It’s happen a few times before I actually noticed what was happening. Usually a week or so later when I was putting stuff away. Now I check my receipt before walking out the door.

This is a decent little Michaels. An associate helped me try to find extra of something that wasnt on the shelf and was very polite and let me know where else to find it when she only had one left and I needed more.
