I drive a F450 dually. I was looking for tires with grip that look good. I met with Doug for about 45 minutes and decided on the spot that Papillion Tire was the place to do business. Doing business with Doug and his team was enjoyable. I would give them 10 stars if possible. There is nobody more knowledgeable, professional and great to work with than Papillion Tire!

Traveling from out of town and needed new tire on the RV. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. A + in my book!

Happy tears! I went to get my oil changed on my Nissan Altima and left with a happy heart. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who came out to help me, but he showed me my filters and let me know I needed to replace them. I’d been breathing in a lot of junk and now the air in my car is indeed much fresher and it flows perfectly. Also, there was a metal clanking sound for almost two years. I had a mechanic buddy of mine drive it around and he told me it was something cosmetic and not a true engine issue. He was right. The guys simply cut off some piece of metal that had been giving me misery for two years. And finally, a piece of plastic under the car had detached and was hanging loosely. Sometimes I use a zip tie for a quick fix, but they used a bolt and fixed that too. I called them after I left nearly in tears because I was so pleased with their service. I will definitely be returning to Papillion Tire! Thank you!

Came to them due to a flat tire. The tech grabbed the tire and found a nail. They patched it up and it seems to have fixed the problem. 3 stars due to lack of communication. Tracy, the receptionist, was nice and answered my questions that I had for the tech.The technician seemed annoyed that I was there. He took my tire in back, said I had a nail and that he could patch it, patched it, then rolled it to my car and told Tracy that it was ready even though I was sitting in the lobby next to the front desk. He didnt offer to put it on, even for a few, didnt ask if I had any questions, didnt show me that my tire was done or where he fixed the tire.Probably wouldnt go back there with the amount of other tire shops around.

First time bringing my vehicle here. They were friendly, had good communication and did exactly what they said they would do. They fixed an issue I have had for months and twice brought to other shops. All in one day and the bill was reasonable. I will be back!

Love love love Papillion tire. They have saved me countless times. Just recently this morning as I had a nail in my tire. They are affordable and honest. I even got a koozie for my pop! Would recommend they 100 times over!

Ive been bringing my vehicles here for about 6 months. They have done good work at reasonable rates. They have also been honest. There have been times that I thought I needed to have more work done, but after they looked at the vehicle, it wasnt necessary. They have earned my trust and respect!

I had such trouble finding a full tire for my Kia Soul. I did not want the spare tire kit I had or a doughnut. I checked out Papillion Tire on BBB and worked with their staff. They found a used rim and got me the regulation Kia tire. Within half an hour I was ready to go and the price was less than half of the cost through the manufacturer! Than you, Papillion Tire!

I have gone here for all my car problems since I got my first car in High School. The owner was a family friend and my parents had always gone there. Every time I went in, I got the feeling that they treated me differently because I was a kid, but in the ten years since, that has not really changed.I always feel like they are trying to over charge me for the work they do. Marking up the price of parts and charging for unnecessary service and excessive labor. The last time I went in I asked them to see why my check engine light was on. They told me I needed a part and it would be about 400 dollars. I said Ok because I didnt really know any better. When I went in it was almost 50 dollars more than they had quoted me. I noticed that they had charged me for the diagnostic despite the fact that I had gotten the repair at their shop (not completely unusual, but generally a shop will waive that fee, especially for long time customers). When I got home I googled the part along with the reference number from my receipt and found that they had charged me 4 times what it was selling for on Amazon. Either they have the worst parts supplier ever or they are seriously scamming people. I will not be returning.

I have gone here since I was a teenager. Was a family friend. I went to them no matter the charges given that I could trust the work. I always felt they did a great job on my cars, still believe they do a great job for repairs and auto fixes. The customer service is poor and I was denied taking my car back there because I was honest about my concerns with them stripped a lug-nut from prior oil changes, for the second time. They were not willing to admitting that they stripped it. I have always gone to them for repairs and oil changes, unless I had skipped and had to go to Walmart. The two times I did this was when I couldnt get it to him during the week, since they arent open on weekends or past 5pm, one on a prior vehicle and one on my current vehicle, Walmart said they could not do an oil change because the people that did the oil change prior (Papillion Tire) stripped the nut and they (Walmart) dont use electronic tools to tighten and untighten, Papillion Tire does. Both times I went back to Papillion Tire to indicate the concern and to fix it at no cost and they were not willing to admit to a mistake. No one on this planet, no business is perfect and people make mistakes. He knows I have only received through him, clearly not being able to go to someone else because of the stripping. If they saw it was previously stripped, why cant they say, hey this looks stripped and may need replaced, would you like for us to replace it? But no, they denied it and didnt want to do the oil change and replace the part for free. I dont even care if it was reduced price or no charge for the part. I just wanted him to say ya, sorry we use this tool and it stripped it. I had my partner at the time, before taking it in to even look at it and it was completely stripped. He could see clearly the issue and he couldnt even do the oil change completely because even at his strength, could not pry it but when we took it to Doug, he denied and said we couldnt do business with him because of the way my partner had treated him. Given that since that incident, I had taken it in for over $700 in work. He said he had said disrespectful things to him and that is not even true. Why now can we not take it back even after fixing my car again, even after the oil change situation. It is a matter of being honest and fixing your mistakes. That is what a good business man would do for his customers but everything to him is a matter of the dollar! And that is that. I will not recommend him in the future, given that he turns away a long time family friend that has given him business and trusted his work, even if the prices are a little overpriced. This is business not personal, handle it in a professional way and own that you are not perfect just because you have high ratings. Gone to your head clearly. I have always had respect for him, given I always felt he thinks he is better than others but I have since changed my thoughts entirely and have lost respect as a business man. This is only to give you a fair warning that they will not admit to a mistake if there is one. Otherwise, you pay higher priced but you can trust that your car will get fixed, as long as you have the money. I know plenty of people that can do just as good quality work for much lower costs and I have since been satisfied with my change. Also better hours at the other place.

We have been taking our vehicles here for over two years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else for service. Doug and his employees are always courteous, helpful, and their service on our vehicles has been exemplary. The one time we had an issue that wasnt fully resolved it was through no fault of theirs and they took care of completing fixing the problem with no labor charge to us (wed replaced a belt just a month prior but because of an engine issue the belt had become too worn down. They fixed the overall issue but not the belt since it was still so new. They only charged us the cost of the belt the second time around). Theyre easy to work with and one of few remaining mechanics that do not overcharge or talk you into things you dont actually need to have done. Id suggest them to absolutely anyone needing vehicle repairs.

Fantastic quick service at a great price

Doug and his team have been taking care of my Saturn ION since I bought it in 2004. It has 180k miles and purrs like a kitten. Why, because Doug and his team diagnosed the problem, quoted me a fair price and get the work done on time. I may not make it in to Papillion Tire for every oil change, but if my car is sounding rough, or the breaks are chirping, or a belt is squealing, or my engine light come on, Im taking it to Papillion Tire!

Wasnt a big fan of the customer service and over paid for a used tire.
