This is the best mattress firm that I have ever been to. Susanne helped us today and was able to help identify our needs by letting us test out a variety of products that the store had to offer as well as educating us on the importance of good quality sleep. She was able to go above and beyond for us when it came to narrowing down our choices and to get us something delivered the next day. We are very happy with our purchase and will be back for those high quality pillows!

General manager was fantastic here! My husband and I had constant questions on the matresses and bases and sales going on but he never made us feel like we were wasting his time. We live close by and were on a budget so we cut out delivery and opted for carrying the base home but he offered up helping us with his truck (as we dont have one) we would have carried it otherwise. The bed is fantastic and we were able to get an older but better base than the original we were looking at for a cheaper price. Were super excited to have bought a new one! This bed was the right price for the right time and already we are getting better sleep than we have in the last two years!

Overall I was really pleased with my visit to this store a few days ago. I would recommend Justin to anyone looking for a knowledgeable sales associate who is truly there to help the customer find what they are looking for. I was pleasantly surprised he asked the amount I was intending to spend and offered options available within that range. Lets see where should I start so we come in and buy an $8,000 bed and frame package deal we tell them we are military show them our military ID and they say they will give us the military discount 10% off and then they did not we call them up a few months later after we realized that we got overcharged and they say because of their policies they cannot do anyting so they say in-store yes we will give it to you and the cashier said she applied it which she did not and now they overcharged us $800 and expect us not to do anyting they say they cant do anything and they said oh we threw in two free pillows because two free pillows is equal to $800 so thats automatically okay the district manager in the store manager are a joke and cant do this for us or take care of it like a manager should be able to. Wont be back and will steer all friends and family clear from them. They say they love military families and want to help out but in reality we are just stationed here to give them business and they couldnt care less about us or the families they rip off.

Sales staff was very educational and steered us towards the best mattress for our needs. Also very competitive pricing. Highly recommend.
