Large store with fair prices & selection, but the parking lot was an absolute nightmare. I saw 3 crashes almost happen in the time it took me to park & walk inside. Definitely recommend trying to go when they are least crowded

One of the better Hy-Vees I have visited. I love their cheese selections and the fact that they have 20 year old Italian sausages and salami. Yes, its an upscale grocery, but their prices are still reasonable, and their selection really blows my mind for a place out in of all places, Nebraska. I dont even see this kind of over all quality in Denver, Dallas, Los Angeles or even Chicago.

I went to Hy-Vee at lakeside in papillion nebraska. The grocery part of Hy-Vee was excellent and the people that work there were excellent and beyond and above helped me. However when I went into the liquor department, the man that was there that run me up with my items was condescending and I dont appreciate that at all! Thank you need to work on your skills behind the counter mister. I will not go back there!

Dan, the store director does an excellent job running this store. His employees are always friendly and willing to show you where to find a product even if they have to walk you all the way to the other side of the store from where they are working. Dan takes his customers comments very seriously. Great guy, great place.

We use the Hy Vee at Shadow Lake. There motto, A helpful smile in every aisle is true. We were there yesterday, and I think at least 8 different employees thanked us for our business. And, I think their products are high quality

Sammie helped me today and she was patient and so nice. Every employee I walked by said good morning and i needed help twice finding something and each employee knew where the items were without even thinking. Great store with decent pricing and coupons.

Staff was barely knowledgeable about where I could find masks in the store. I asked 3 different people including the person working behind the customer service counter. Finally found a pack of masks that was outrageously over priced, but got them anyway. Cant say Ill be a repeat customer...

This location has a really nice selection. Also keep very clean, and the employees are amazingly helpful and friendly. Located in southeast omaha, it offers prime location for a majority of the metropolitan area.

We were traveling through the area and needed some food supplies for our RV and saw the store. The selection was excellent and the store was very clean. I would recommend this store.

Ate at Cafe. Food wasgood it was just served unusual. I thought a skillet had the eggs and vegetables mixed together and cooked. They brought scrambled eggs out on plate under the eggs were potatoes and the vegetables were on the side. Quite strange. I dont like it that way and menu did not not specify that.

The majority of the time, everything is fully stocked. The employees are usually pretty helpful in finding things. And, they offer competitive prices. I’m giving my experience 3 stars, because some employees were either not helpful, not friendly or just not happy being there. Happy employees make a more productive environment, and, in turn, they will be more inclined to do a better job to provide great customer service.I feel that too many employees I come into contact with are clearly not happy. Some may just be having bad days and I get that, but, when there’s at least 2-3 not smiling, not helpful or not even acknowledging others existence, every single time I shop here, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that there’s a reason they don’t want to smile, or even be working. Maybe there are no incentives. Maybe they are over-worked. Or, maybe they are underpaid.Regardless, unhappy employees start from the very top.... it really isn’t the employees fault that they are miserable when working. I honestly feel bad for them. Something is just “off” and I do hope it’s being, or will be addressed.

This is the best Hyvee that is close to me that is worth anything. The produce at the 84th and Center location has gone so far down.The only down fall to this store is it is always artic cold almost uncomfortably cold.The products are much better and have my brnad of coffee. Selection if food and products are large.

I’m a Door Dasher a 3rd party delivery Independent Contractor been picking up groceries from Hyvee for a while now since Covid hit last March.All the employees in the Online Grocery Department work really hard and go the extra mile for their customers. I never had any issues picking up groceries from them and it has always been a positive experience. I don’t think they get praised enough as their job can be very difficult and stressful.I want to thank the whole online grocery department from the managers to shoppers, baggers and loaders! I would like to recognize the following people for their dedication and work ethic to make the online grocery department exist: Estelle, Connor, Nolan, Nate, Emilio, Dale and sorry if I forgot anyone else’s name. Keep up the good work guys and you will see a reward in your near future!

Very good store. Very clean, friendly staff always willing to help. The only complaint I have is that it seems like their stock levels or whoever is doing the ordering is not doing a good job. The number of items that they are out of is crazy sometimes period of course the use the covert related excuse, which Honestly is just that period I think its a case of poor ordering Or anticipation of need.

Ordered food to go. When picked up said are you sure everything is in here. Bag seemed small was assured it was complete. Got home and a dinner for 5 was a sample of 2 entries. Called store and complained. Lady on the phone offered to remake dinner or refund price. Chose refund. Guess she didnt follow through. Still waiting on refund.

Wish they had fresher food in the coolers. Prices seem to be inconsistent too. Friendly staff however.

My sister-in-law and I stopped in quickly to grab a few items on our way home. I had never been to this particular store let alone a Hy-Vee store. I was amazed in how large this store was and how much they had to offer honestly. It took a while to find what we needed, but the few employees that assisted us were super friendly. The store was clean and well stocked even for 7:00 pm on a Saturday night after a snow storm. I was really impressed with their shipping cart cleaner too. I will definitely be back when I can take my time to walk the isles and slowly look at everything they have.

First dosage Covid Vaccine received at pharmacy. Just show up as close as possible to your appointment time as there is only one station to administer shot.Very well organized with precision execution. Safeguards in place from start to finish to insure a clean process and making sure you must wait the 15 minutes before leaving as to insure no negative reaction.Staff encountered were all freindly.

If they want Danish, that is a good place to go. There pecan danish are great! ! Always friendly service there.

Definitely worth 5 stars. Used to be dirty few years ago but this management is doing a great job! Clean, neat, great customer service and wide variety of products! At times they are even willing to get the products in that are not available in the store. Check them out! Definitely worth it! Everyone is always so pleasant at Hy-Vee! Today we went for produce, fries, and dairy products and I was always greeted.

They have a lot of things. From their normal grocery store items, to their Starbucks. But they also have Asian food and their deli has some more amazing foods! Employees are always so nice and helpful.

My daughter and I ordered groceries for pickup. A message comes that says they are running behind from my 2-3 pm pickup time and not to come till messages its ready. I get my message that they are ready and i proceed to drive over to pick them up. I call the number at 3:05pm. A guy comes out gets my name at the car and goes back in. Cars are coming, getting their groceries, and leaving. Finally at 3:47 the guy comes out again to verify my name, I tell him that I have been waiting 45 minutes, cars have come after me, gotten their groceries, and left. I told him I am upset and want to know if I cancel my order will he make sure I am not charged. He asks if I would like a manager. I said yes that would be nice and thank you. A girl with a black name tag comes out, doesnt identify herself but says says yes can I help you. I told her my issue and that I have now waited 48 minutes and still havent received my order. I want my order cancelled and will not be charged. She looks at me and goes, well we have no order for sheila, but we have one for kelly. Same last name. Common sense tells me that someone should have come out upon not seeing my order and asked if under any other name. I told management that as well, but now I am very upset and want the order canceled and Im going to bakers. Then while I am waiting, a car next to us had an order that couldnt be found even with a number and they were told that they could reenter their shop and come back. Really?! I know the online aisle workers are busy, but please take better care of your customers.

I cant put into words how thankful my kids and I for the SERVICE we had for our Door Dash. It was Door Dash mistake, but Hyvee made sure to make my money worth it. Being a single mom with a sick kid and no-one to call to get food. Hyvee played a caring family role like their motto. Craig went above and beyond and driver wouldnt take my tip (parents raised a GREAT gal). For my kids and I to feel IMPORTANT for one day is more than enough. I save for a treat like this once a month, the extra cookies and smiling kids and GREAT FAMILY TREATMENT IS PRICELESS!!!

The restaurant and chinese food are amazing! A bit pricey tho, so I dont go as often as I would like to. The grocery prices are high, so Id shop at walmart for everything except for the meat, deli and bakery. Donuts are better than any other grocery store, but you pay almost $20 for a dozen.

Dont care for Hy-Vee that much anymore. They stopped producing their ads, their magazine, that used to hold such wonderful articles in them, has been shrunk down dramatically. Store employees seemed to have more attitude than they used to. Not my #1 go-to anymore.

The store it self is fine, just dont do online orders its always a bad and extremely frustrating experience. They let me know they were running behind and not to come until I was messaged. So I waited for my message, came and Ive been waiting at least 30 minutes since my call. I checked the time yes 30 minutes. Some cars have come and gone already with a cart full of groceries. I couldve done this myself in that 30 minutes. Complete rip off since I know they charge a little extra because someone is shopping for me. Its a complete waste of my time. I dont know why I even gave them another chance. Go ANYWHERE else if you want to order online and pick up your groceries.35+ minutes in and still waiting as I write this review.Ultimately it was because we used the wrong first name, yet they took the name and didnt mention that they didnt have a first name with that last name. I cant believe I waited 45 minutes for that BS. I probably wont be shopping there unless Im desperate.

This is a really friendly place to go grocery shopping at, its really rare they dont have an item in stock. They will usually walk you to an item you cant find.
