The entire team at Dream Dress Express were amazing from the time I walked into the door until I fell in love with the dress of my dreams!! Jashmine made me feel relaxed and comfortable and went out of her way to make sure I had a truly memorable experience!!

I had the most wonderful time shopping for my wedding dress at Dream Dress Express! I believe the women who helped me was named Jasmine. She was so supportive and encouraging the whole experience and picked some really amazing dresses for me to try! I’m so happy I was able to say yes to the dress!

Cat was a great - she greeted us as we arrived and was attentive to the bride as well as us two bridesmaids while wedding dress shopping. She found the dress that the bride said yes to the dress after about 10 dresses. Cat was able to walk the the order process and details of what the eta would be for the arrival of the wedding dress as well as any alterations once the dress is ready for trying on and meet with a seamstress. We were in the store for 2 hours and the bride is so happy to have found the dress she was describing.

I was able to find the perfect dress with no fuss with the help of Destiny. I went in with an idea of what I wanted. Destiny was able to point out dresses that might be more along what I was envisioning and helped me in and out of too many dresses! She was more than accommodating in helping me re try on my top choices and encouraged me to try one on a third time if I needed. I ended up buying one of the sample dresses off the rack for a fantastic price and under budget. Would highly recommend Dream Dress Express!!

Kayla knew which dresses would look great on my body type and gave me honest feedback to help make my decision. Not only did Kayla have experience on the bridal side, but also has experience with tuxes. I strongly suggest requesting to work with Kayla when shopping for your wedding day attire.

I had such a good experience at Dream Dress Express. No pressure, they let me go at my own pace to find the right dress, and I found it!! The women helping me was so patient with me. She zipped and buttoned and unzipped and unbuttoned I dont know how many times, and was pleasant about it every time. She gave me really good tips for things i could do with the dress to make it perfect just for me.

Dream Dress Express helped me find my dream dress! Kayla was so sweet and helpful and actually picked out the dress that ended up being absolutely perfect for me for a price that made my jaw drop! Everyone there was incredibly nice, and I 100% recommend that every bride check dream dress out!

We went here to get a bridesmaid dress for my daughter. Amelia and Destiny were both wonderful. We had limited time available before the wedding so needed to buy a dress off the rack. When we arrived for the appointment, they had all their off the rack dresses pulled in the color scheme that we were looking ready to go for us. They had a large selection of dresses to choose from and they were both incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you for the great experience.

I am very petite and Destiny did a great job pinning the dress so I could see what it would look like on me. Destiny even pulled bridesmaid dresses and tuxes over so I could see the whole picture. She was so sweet and considerate! I highly recommended Dream Dress Express and Destiny. I can’t wait to get my dress in!!!

Dream Dress Express was a great experience for me. I had been there before as a bridesmaid and always wanted to go there one day for my wedding dress. Destiny was wonderful. She was down to earth, was able to find dresses similar to my style and didnt overwhelm me. I am glad I said yes to the dress at Dream Dress.

I had the greatest experience here! Upon arriving I was greeted by the super friendly staff who were very accommodating to my big family who came in with me. Jasmine was my consultant and was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process. I think the best part was that I never felt pressured to buy the dress on spot and was told to take my time. Fast forward to today, I went in to go order the dress and get measured and both Jasmine and Cheyenne greeted me by my name and were extremely welcoming! I would 10/10 recommend anyone to come here.Thank you again!

Horribly disappointed! I will be paying just as much for alterations as I did originally for the dress. The dress that I tried on in the store was large, but based on the measurements that the sales assistant took I was pressured to go up an additional size. When I expressed my concern over this I was told that the dresses on the racks are tried on a lot and they get stretched out. I had serious reservations, but was strongly pressured into buying the larger sized gown knowing that it would still probably need some alterations on the bottom half. HUGE MISTAKE.When the dress finally arrived in the mail a couple of months later the entire thing was way too big. When I called the store to express my concern and to make them aware of the issue so as to hopefully help rectify the problem for other customers (not to ask for a refund or any other financial compensation), the clerk was very defensive, stating that I knew I would need some alterations on the dress and that they were just following their designers instructions. (She offered to recommend some seamstresses - no thanks!) The ENTIRE dress needed to be taken in. The fit was so bad that the seamstress I took it to thought I had ordered the dress online myself without taking any measurements.Reading through other customers reviews, it appears that I am not the first person to be bullied into purchasing a size despite my better judgement. I am not sure if the sizing is due to incompetent measuring, store policy, poor dress design, etc., but I will not return nor will I ever recommend Dream Dress Express.

If I could give Dream Dress 1000 stars I would. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my wedding perfect. From helping me find my perfect wedding dress after being disappointed in four other stores, to helping me find our perfect bridesmaids dresses, to literally coming to the church to help our bridesmaids with our dresses day of. Brides, RUN, don’t walk, to Dream Dress for all your wedding needs!! Ask for Cheyenne, she is the most helpful, kind, fantastic employee and she deserves a raise! I purchased my wedding dress January of 2019. It was an AMAZING experience! My wedding is this June and they let me purchase my dress off the rack and take it home that day. It was literally my dream dress and Julia and Kayla made it so special. Would definitely recommend!

The customer service was ok but when all the bridesmaids picked up their dresses none of them fit. They were all a size too small even though we were all measured in store. And there are no returns and no reimbursement and we are not able reorder to do to the fact that they discontinued the color. Disappointing really. $200 for a dress that doesnt fit is unacceptable.

I went in as a maid of honor, and they were absolutely amazing. Cheyenne was just incredible! They went out of their way to make sure the bride had everything she needed and it was really appreciated.

First of all, I went to four different bridal shops/boutiques before walking into Dream Dress Express where I was greeted by Cheyenne. Cheyenne was very eager to help, and listened well so she can understand exactly what I wanted. I was allowed to try on at least six different dresses during my first visit, some of which I wouldnt have ever picked myself but Cheyenne kindly urged me to just see what it look like on and I was open to that. one of the dresses she picked looks stunning on me and it ended up making it to my appointment where I tried on that dress as well as about 6 others in front of my friends and family. Everyone loved the dress that Cheyenne picked out for me and looked absolutely stunning on me. I ended up saying Yes to the Dress. Overall experience was amazing. The setup is phenomenal the selection is nearly limitless, the shop has a good amount of cost-efficient dresses as well as very elegant more expensive ones so I had many options within my budget. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

I have worked with Dream Dress Express on multiple bridal shoots in the past year and they have always been so extremely helpful and sweet! I have done both wedding and prom events here and the selection is amazing, the staff is kind, and the quality is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone!

I just got my dress yesterday never having any intention on finding the one. Gabbi from the moment we walked in was helpful and went above and beyond. She listened to what I wanted and even brought other dresses to try that I wouldn’t of even thought of. We had gone to another bridal shop and had an awful experience so we can’t say enough about Dream Dress Express and Gabbi who helped us! I will certainly let everyone know about our experience and refer them there! :)

This bridal shop in papillion is great! I had an amazing experience with knowledgeable and patient consultants that were able to help me narrow every tiny detail down to find my perfect wedding gown. They have a very varied inventory in styles and sizes of gowns as well as additional accessories. I’m so happy with the dress I bought and definitely recommend them to any brides looking for a great, personal experience when buying your dream dress!

I found a dress that I loved. It fit my biggest area perfectly and was loose in other areas. When I went to order, despite my very sincere misgivings, I was pressured to order a size up. The size up fits horribly and no matter how much alteration I do I can’t get it to fit the way the one I tried on did. I am coming up on my wedding and I sincerely HATE the dress I am about to wear.

I will never recommend anyone to this location. I made an appointment in advance and arrived a mere ten minutes early which the employees did not appreciate. Instead of being greeted with a warm welcome we were snarled at due to being early. Not to mention, when I asked to have a dress added to the rack of others I wanted to try the employee stated “Oh that dress is WAY too small for you.” When I questioned whether or not she could just hold it up and not zip anything, she explained again that I needed to go to a larger size section. Needless to say I left within twenty minutes of arriving, in tears, and with no apologies. Mind you, I understand I am not a size zero; I am also a girl with feelings, insecurities, and fit within an average dress size. This location was by far the worst experience of dress shopping ever.

Literally found my “Dream Dress” here!! The store manager, Ally, made it such a great experience! Had other bridal appointments the same day at other bridal dress shops in Omaha and they didn’t even compare to Dream Dress!

Such a great bridal shop! Both the asst. manager Meghan and manager Allyson that helped me on two separate days (because I was indecisive as most brides) were amazing! Never pressured me, listened to what I wanted, and were very helpful when I finally decided on one! Allyson even “jerry-rigged” my garment bag for me so that I could take it on the plane ride home to GA! Thank y’all so much for everything! Highly recommend this bridal shop for any future bride!

My mother and I went in on a Sunday to look at dresses, we had been to a few other shops ( Davids Bridal, Bridal Traditions, Suburban Bridal, & Rhylan Lange) and had found a few that I liked but nothing I was ABSOLUTELY in love with. The store is clean, bright, and well organized. You can see every dress that they have which I personally appreciate. Their selection and range was great, at other stores I had found that I could not fit into a LOT of their samples but I did not feel that it was this way here. ( I am an 18 in wedding dresses) We worked with the assistant manager Meghan and she was AMAZING, she listened to what I liked and did not like about each dress then tailored it to what she pulled. She was personable and just overall great to work with.
