CE Smith did the cabinet design on our new construction home and the experience was fine. Called them back to have some additional cabinets installed that would match what they originally built. Met with the designer, he made an appointment to come to the house and measure and take photos. We were told he’d have the design complete about two weeks later. Then nothing. Radio silence. Every time I called or emailed about the design I got another excuse and was told it would be done some time in the next week. This has gone on for months. If they didn’t want the job, just say so. The lying and avoiding wasn’t necessary.If you work with them keep your expectations low and if you don’t hear back according to their timeline do yourself a favor and move on.

A complete kitchen remodel was way more overwhelming than I thought It would be, and Kerry did an UH-MAZING job walking me through every little step. I am extremely visual and brought in a bunch of pictures of what I wanted but with no idea how to make it happen within my budget..Kerry handled the process like a patient pro - from sending me to a contact at NFM with appliance suggestions based on sizing and electrical issues I didn’t even consider, to continually texting (my preferred contact method!) with updates, changes, suggestions, full color renderings, nudges about deadlines, and appointments, several sit down design meetings where he and I would create my perfect kitchen, to personally measuring to make sure our design would work and placing the order, Kerry made an overwhelming project fun, exciting, and flawless. If he handles all jobs with such excellent kindness, patience and creativity, CESmith has a true invaluable asset.Don’t shop around - call CESMITH and know you’re getting extraordinary customer service, supporting a local business, AND receiving quality product backed by the company name.

C.E. Smith was a fabulous company to work with, following a house fire I had two years ago. Cant remember the elderly gentlemans name, but he created a new kitchen layout for me and worked with me to ensure I would be satisfied with the final results. I was EXTREMELY satisfied! Excellent company, excellent work. Would highly recommend.

Vanity ordered and our contractor didnt provide the right specs so the vanity came unfinished. They did the best they could to make it right. Unfortunately it will never look like what we had thought we ordered but that isnt CE Smiths fault. Customer service was good from them.
