If you are looking for a top-of-the-line phone from a superior carrier, shop here. If you have any technical problems with your existing phone, go to a phone repair shop as the advice from the sales people here can be very misleading. If you want to buy a older phone, you will probably need to wait until one is ordered. If you submit a negative review, someone will probably respond and encourage you to keep shopping here in spite of bad service! What ever happened to the concept that good service will yield repeat customers?This small strip mall space is currently under renovation so the small floor space is even less than normal.

Absolute worst customer experience ever. Waited 30 minutes just for them to tell me to call customer service to get help. Why have a store front if they cant do anything for you? Waste of time. Was going to buy two new phones too, but they didnt care, took my money elsewhere.

I traded in my daughters iPhone XR, they gave my a pre printed shipping label to send to there location in Texas, this was back in October..I shipped it to them and FedEx is telling me that it was delivered and signed for..Verizon has given me the run around for months as to why I was not receiving a credit on my account for her phone. They have told me multiple reasons, the tracking number was wrong, it is somewhere in the warehouse, multiple calls with no resolve.It was supposed to be a credit of $850 over the duration of my contract. They said they could give me a 400 credit, why can I not get this resolved

My dad and I stopped in to ask about phone upgrades. One customer service rep, Seth, was friendly and went out of his way to assist even though we did not have appointments. He squeezed us in between customers. He provided all the information we needed quickly and succinctly, with no sales pressure.We had to return to the store later that afternoon to pick up our new phones and were assisted by Larry, the store manager, who was busier watching the football game than assisting us with our purchase. I did not realize I needed an account PIN to complete the pick-up and while I contacted my husband to obtain it, which took all of 30 seconds, Larry rolled his eyes and completely disengaged from our sale.Seth will do well in sales, I appreciate his effort and kindness, and I hope they reconsider the management assignment at this store.

Bought 2 of the most expensive phones and being new lines they should have even helped activate. I got 0 help. They gave me the phones and you can do it yourself. Absolutely unhelpful. Very pathetic I paid this much to switch I expected some customer service I got none. I got a bag of phones and they said set em up yourself. A day later I still am trying to port my own number from my previous company. Honestly wasn’t worth switching. Still can’t get texts or any help. Do better Verizon absolutely disappointed!!!

Was lectured about store being appointments only when I arrived, but they had an on demand appt available...stood around for 20 minutes while staff assisted other customers. When they were done, 3 store employees were standing around chatting and playing on their own phones, no acknowledgment i was even there...Solutions Manager even looked directly at me...said nothing, went back to chatting and checking his phone. Felt as though I was getting the ignore him, hell go away treatment. Poor service all around. Based on number of 1 star reviews for this store, poor service is par for this location.

Menizsha, was really nice at the store however completely misinformed us of our first bill. We were suppose to pay 500-600 but ended up paying $700.. after paying a couple hundred dollars in taxes upfront..I tried asking her why, she never got back to me.. just a coworker of hers who didnt know either. She said my discount for working at a school would be applied on that bill along with the auto pay discount, again did not happen. And apparently it is not on there even though I went through the process the same day. I havent even been here two months and youve stressed me enough to not want to be your customer. Its a literal mess.

They have seriously understaffed this location and then compound that problem by giving misleading wait times. Next in line and 10 minutes habitually becomes 30+ minute waits every time I have come to this location. I wish their management and employees would have some level of concern over customers time. We would have come back with reasonable accurate wait times.

If I could have given this place a lower rating I would. The customer service here is horrible. Is passive rudeness a thing? These folks have it nailed.Have you ever been given the finger by the tone of someones voice? The manager on duty here this afternoon has made it a science. If there was a mobile service provider that had decent service I would switch in a heartbeat. I wish they had decent competition because they do not know what customer service is.

This is rough. I go into the store and they tell me I need to wait 6 months. I call the Verizon help desk and they are able to help me with a nomital fee. Everytime I have gone to this store, there are new people. I dont get it. Must be a horrible place to work. I seriously will drive out of my way to find a better place to go. Long waits for service, but they are very busy. Promised me 65.00 on trade in and later found they gave me 40.00. Showed my military card for a discount but can not see where they added it. Not there fault, but phones are way to expensive these days. I totally disagree with purchasing a new phone and they slap you with a 40.00 fee to connect it to your existing account. That is a total scam.

Staff was helpful and not overbearing, able to answer any questions about a variety of different devices. Their selection of unlocked phones is adequate with the addition of the Pixel 2 devices, but most phones sold in the stores are carrier unlocked. This store is a corporate owned store, so they are able to offer a wider range of services than an authorized dealer would be able to.

We went and purchased our new phones w/ accessories, the sales associate applied the ‘shatter proof’ screen protector on my husbands galaxy note and she admitted it wasn’t on right ( there were air bubbles and my husband would have to ‘figure it out’), in less then 12hrs it randomly cracked ( no dropping or anything), my husband went in the next night to have them fix it and they said it wasn’t their problem and we would have to file a warranty claim! After dropping a significant amt $$$ on phones/accessories, we are considering returning it all and switching services...Awful customer service! Way to stand behind your product!

I started service with Verizon six weeks ago through this store. Friendly staff, they were helpful in getting me started with Verizon. I was told by the young man that was helping me that Verizon was running a promotional deal where if I turned in my old phone, I would receive a 200 dollar in store credit gift card. I had an old iPhone 4, so naturally I was incredulous that I would receive 200 dollars for such a dinosaur of a phone. He affirmed to me that yes, I still qualified for the 200 dollar credit. Naturally, I took full advantage of the deal, and racked up 195 dollars of purchases, including a 100 dollar Bluetooth speaker that I didnt necessarily need. So on my way I went out the door, neglecting to look at the receipt for the in store credit.Two weeks later, I look at my bill, and what do I find but that I have been charged 195 dollars for in store purchases. I pull out the receipt for the in store credit, and it says that it is redeemable for 36 dollars. 36 dollars. Stupid me for not verifying that the amount was correct, but seriously. 36 dollars. I call Verizon customer service a total of three times in regard to this issue and they have no way of helping me, because its literally my word against the Shadow Lake Town Centre locations word. I have also tried calling the store location multiple times, but to no avail, and since I live 1000 miles from there now, I cant make a store visit. So really my best bet at a response is this negative review, and if I can get some questions answered I will delete it promptly.The moral of the story is this: Always check your receipts and do not trust what people tell you at this store, because they either dont know what they are talking about, or are purposefully trying to swindle you.

Best service i have had in a long time at Verizon thanks to Daniela at the Papillion Shadow Lake location. Thanks to her i was in and out within five minutes at most. She warranted out my car phone charger thankfullly since it just stopped working suddenly and i couldnt be happier! Thanks for the great service. Wish all your locations were like this one!

Never get a phone from Verizon. They never honor manufacture price differences and then they will charge you an activation fee. If you are smart you buy your phone from Samsung, Google, Apple, etc. directly; get the cheeper price, avoid the activation fee, all saving you tons of money everytime. This will now be my third phone bought outside of Verizon.

Very limited accessories for my new LG phone, which I picked here: only one case and nothing else. Also, this corporate store wouldnt honor discounts offered at Verizon online and for newly registered myverizon customers. Why shop here when they have very little unless youre buying high end iPhone, and the little they do have is overpriced and higher than online store? Second time I have visited this store: first time they wouldnt honor online offer to waive activation fee, so I ordered phone/service online and simply picked it up at this location. Wont be headed back again, though!

Normal wait times.The Verizon customer service people do a good job but their abilities are severely hampered by Verizon policy. You can not stop service to a line by going to a store in person, you must call customer service. Also Verizon has been steadily decreasing benefits to existing customers. Dont plan on getting any discounts or benefits for being a teacher or corporate discounts.

However, i went to return a case I bought from a different Verizon store, but they wouldnt take it because i bought it from a non-corporate store, which i totally accept.
